I had a great experience at the Covina United States Postal Service office while helping my husband get his passport for the first time. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. It was super easy to make the appointment online, and when we arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and walked us through the steps clearly. It made what could have been a stressful process feel quick and easy. Thank you to the Covina USPS team for the excellent service!

Horrible experience I went in today at 12 and saw a woman being mistreated by the clerk. She kept raising her voice and rolling her eyes walking away from her this location either needs to be shut down or they need to get rid of that lady.

This post office are lazy they never answer their phone. When ask about the problem good luck they never help you out to solve the problem. The only answer I get from them are ( ok)

I don't know what's going on with this post office and the mail delivery but, I have been waiting for a package to be delivered by the mail person since the 24th of August! I never had any issues until this incident. I have seen many mail person be removed from my route several times. Incompetent, lazy, shady,or just right out thieves??? I'm going to file a complaint with the postal inspector.

This post office SUCKS THEY LOST MY HUSBAND LICENSE…they put it on someone else’s mailbox.. IMAGINE other people looking at your information!!!!!! Covina post office SUCKS all those stupid drivers should get fired .

Favorite part about here is that it says 24/7 hour self service kiosk, yet was just over there and what do you know - doors are locked xD! So not only are all the collection boxes being made useless for people who have daytime jobs by removing the package drops because of 'theft', it's also apparently pretty difficult to update your kiosk hours. Unreal

I have a PO box there and mail is up to 4 weeks late missing items that just popped up after I go to front desk , also closed all Sunday because their to lazy to open even part day and I send packages my self and only at this one they want to change additional postage ONLY THERE. I live in Pomona and haven't transferred yet but I won' miss this place
