The young lady lost my mail and didn't want to give me a receipt to track when I actually even overpaid. Best usps is the one near mall.

Haven't been there IRL, but from the service I get from deliveries. I can't help but give them 5 starts — they work their butts off no matter how if it rains or if it's ungodly hot or cold. These guys are always here for us, they're one of the back bones of America! Keep up the amazing work mail(men/women) of USPS Covina! You guys are amazing

Ive been in and been visiting this post office for 15 years strong. Never have I experienced any issues with US MAIL, nor anything needed, when shipping packages to Friends and Family members. The postal team in here also are very helpful and benevolent to customers needs, a very pleasant place, that I love visiting. Thank you guys, keep up the friendly attitude and all the smiles added to your service. Thank you.

What happened to the mail must go through??? When I lived in Victorville my husband's retirement check every month at least 4 days early. Now that I live in covina and the check is mailed from covina I'm lucky if I get it a week late! This absolutely ridiculous! When I went in to complain about thet were rude and let me it wasn't thier problem! ...maybe they would like to pay my late charges??? You you can't do the job of getting my mail 4 miles down the road get somebody who can!! Worst mail delivery ever!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I sent out a birthday card on Friday hoping it would arrive by Tuesday. I needed to purchase a stamp there to have it shipped off. Come to find out on Monday the card had been sent back to me. I go to a different location and the guy tells me that they’ve put the wrong stamp on it. Now it will arrive after her birthday. I was livid. You would think that if you work at a post office you’d know that the type of stamp used is determined by the weight of the package/letter. Evidently he only put a 2oz stamp when I needed a different one (i’m assuming because it weighed more than 2 ounces). Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself and go to another location.

I sent a certified letter from Covina to Covina, same city, on the 21st of this January. USPS tracking tells me the letter was sent to Santa Ana and is late! No wonder! Why send a letter to city an hour away for processing if the destination is literally less than 15 minutes away? Hell, City of Industry central hub is even closer than Santa Ana. Morons! Next time I'll use Fed Ex!

I dropped off two packages. One of the packages made it to its destination the other still is showing in possession of this location with no updated information. I called they tell me it needs to be investigated. What are you guys doing here?.
