Worst Walmart ever they only have one cashier Denise and she wouldn't stop talking . As cashier just get people out instead talking about cats and making the rest of us wait and why do you guys put the slowest people on the register la if you're only gonna have one or maybe two open !?

If you want terrible service, no help, and laziness, then this is your wal-mart. This was my local Walmart for over 25 years until I moved years ago. Came back to visit family and went to my old wal mart, and it's a shame how bad it has gotten. I was in a hurry and saw that the layout had been changed. Found the pharmacy and had to wait for someone with a key to arrive after pressing the alert button. Waited for almost 10 minutes, and no one came by. I saw a group of people walking near the pharmacy isle with regular clothing but walmart badges. I flagged one of them down and was told to ask one of the workers with a vest and that they'll be here soon. After 20 minutes, still no one came, and the group of people with walmart badges were just standing around on their phones laughing. Meanwhile, there was a group of about 4 of us waiting for medicine. Finally, someone in pharmacy alerted a worker who helped us all out. As a business owner myself customer service is number 1 priority because it creates relationships. alyssa, erik, andrew, and amit were the names of these lazy people.

Horrible Walmart. Horrible staff, and insanely slow workers. No one has a sense of urgency and a want to work. Really sad place to visit and go to. I waited 20 minutes for liquor to be unlocked. Asked 2 workers for assistance and still waited 20 minutes. This is a horrible walmart never come here

Isaac with the short hair, younger gentleman with a neck tattoo that works in the online order department has always been super friendly and always so positive! Got my order out in no time after waiting for quite a while outside and decided to just come inside and see what the hold up was. Isaac was swift to help, explained the situation and was able to help me out when he looked very busy. Also, I just wish more employees had access to the locked cabinets for items, had to wait over 15 minutes for medication..

I should've gone to Target. I placed an online order, there was technical issues which I understand but I had to wait 2 HOURS to receive my order & argue with the employees just to get my items. Since their system was down, me, along with everyone who was waiting in their cars to pick up their order had to get down to figure out what was going on & why we were waiting, waiting & waiting without receiving our order. Not only did no one ever come out to let us know they had tech problems but they made the whole situation a lot more complicated than it had to be. This one employee in particular by the name of "Ryan" was so inconsiderate & unhelpful. He is one of the younger employees with long brown curly hair & works too hard for that minimum wage. Not only did they mark all of our online orders as "picked up" for the sake of their pick up times for THEIR BENEFIT but I asked Ryan if it was possible to just grab our items from the store/aisles & he said no. I don't understand how this was an issue when they took our money, marked our orders as picked up, yet we were waiting for HOURS & instead of making an exception for us because of the situation he couldn't simply let us get our stuff from the aisles? Ryan didn't even ask his manager or explain to me WHY we couldn't just grab the STUFF WE PAID FOR BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AFTER HOURS OF WAITING. They also refused to just give us a refund!!!!! All Ryan offered do to was provide customer services phone # to request a refund. First of all, WE'RE ALREADY HERE. Second of all, I was hesitant about taking that route since our orders were marked as picked up what if they denied us of a refund? Also we had no items to return because WE NEVER RECEIVED SHIIIII. Plus if they were to call the store to confirm the system was down no one would pick up because Walmart never picks up when you call!!! Luckily, I finally got my items after 2 hours & even then there were 2 items missing which I asked the manager & HE LET ME GET THE ITEMS FROM THE AISLES. I saw Ryan again another time for my online pick up order & he had the audacity to ask me to write him a good review so he could get more hours. Like why the ___ would I take the time out of my busy day to write him a good review for his benefit after he was so inconsiderate & made things 10x more difficult? He's funny.

We always visit this particular store, but TODAY, we had the pleasure of being serviced by a sparkling team member, Frank He engaged us in a lovely conversation and my service animal as well! Enough cannot be said for individuals such as these; he made my day I will tout this establishment to anyone who will listen!

Jeff the manager who was on duty 10/9/23 is the laziest uncaring manger I have ever dealt with. This store has everything locked up, so its up the manager to unlock it. I set my timer to see how long it took them and it took 30 minutes before this lazy slow manager named Jeff got there with the, "I don't care how long you waited because I'm lazy and I hate my job" attitude smirk on his face. Ya, we know you hate your job Jeff, you're attitude says it all. I'm shocked that he's even a manager so that just tells you a lot about this Walmart. They don't care about this store and I can't wait to see it close down. The other Walmarts are way better than this s-hole. Even the employees don't want to help you. ALL of them said they don't have keys and didn't even bother to go find anyone with a key. A friend of friend works there and said she loves it cause she doesn't do anything. So there you go, if you wanna a quick trip to this Walmart: forget it. I say boycott this store and let's see it go out of business. Put something there that's useful and fun. Screw this Walmart. I love walmart except for this one! Stay away guys! I'm doing you all a BIG FAVOR!

I cannot stand this d### location, holy s###! If you're going to lock everything up at least have people available with keys! The people that are going to steal are going to steal!!! Have someone by each major lockup location! Also no one answers the f###### phone! Pickup has messed up my order too many times to count! Please check your meat as well they leave s### out for too long! Complete joke of a store!

This location was good. The staff was friendly and there wasn't a bunch of items on the aisles. The store was clean and we got exactly what we wanted- some flip flops that we forgot for vacation! The A/C is fantastic in here, which is really important to me in the summertime.

Friday 9/22/2023 10:26pm I'm writing this review because I received exceptional customer service from an employee by the name of Candi. I placed a curbside pick up order to be picked up between 9 & 10 pm. I arrived at 9:59 pm and checked in through the app which alerted me someone was on their way. After 20 minutes I tried calling the number posted at the designated parking spot however it said to try my call later. I walked into the store and there wasn't anyone at customer service so I approached an employee who directed me to "knock on the door and someone will come" luckily Candi was walking by and told me try were closed as they close at 10- I said "I've been waiting 20 minutes in the curbside because they app says someone will be right out" she proceeded by saying something along the lines of let me grab a cart and see what I can get for you. So, thank you Candi for making an effort to help me out. The missing star is for the app not accurately reflecting that they were closed and me waiting 20 minutes before going inside the store and yes next time I will arrive at least 15 minutes before my given time.

Crystal who works on the food side is rude and not very good at customer service she has a bad attitude and not willing to help shoppers she said she was too busy and was tapping her nails. Very immature. Management needs to talk to her about her interactions with customers.

You ask a customer service person. Where can I find a certain item .They look at you I think It that why. No one answers the phone when you can. Train your people better.

Waited 30 minutes in jewelry just to be told the associate went home. Horrible workers all stand by and talk. Horrible Horrible experience. And its always like that here workers need to be taught some actual customers service.
