Lines can get a little long if you need to go inside, but that's every bank. The multiple (3 I think) drive-thru ATMs are usually vacant and makes quick work of getting your money.

Put in an order to get some currency for an international trip that was supposed to take a week and the money’s ETA ended up taking over 2 weeks according to tracking and I never received the funds. Luckily I was able to get my $ back.The staff did not communicate that construction was going to be done at the facility that slowed down the delivery of the funds as well. Don’t know if this is more the branch’s fault or the company’s fault but overall this was a disappointing execution of a simple task.

Terrible experience with Veronica. Came in to cash a check but said they couldn’t cash it but mind you they cashed the same check a week earlier. She kept giving me the run around and was not knowledgeable at all. Almost like it was her first day. Very unprofessional both times I have been to this branch

Worst customer service I've ever seen in a bank . First no one available to help line longer than 15 people two tellers wanted to open a business checking account the guy told me had to make an appointment unbelievable always knew banks beg u to open an account then he says next weeks is open I told him never mind n that Wells Fargo n Bof A should merge they have same customer service none so do yourself a favor don't walk in here unless u got an hr to waste in line n b treated like your in county jail

This is the best branch Of wellsfargo. The branch manager Jacob Gener is very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Even the second day he called me back and tell me the problem I had from other company made to me is cleared. All the employees and tellers is friendly, nice and professional too. They think about the clients’ worries and treat them as their business. It’s the best service I got. Not like some other banks or branch( those some people is too meaningful to customers). Anyway, This bank is very well managed by the manager. Today I feel lucky too. Will be the Custmer forever. Thank you!

Armando was very rude When finish helping me he just put down my deposit slip twice h out saying anything he closed his window. Worst customer service. I never had any complaint Fist time to been treated this way

Line out the door. Still making us wear Mask. Only 3 windows open out of 8 people working there. 3 long transactions over 10 minutes each and Manager is not cco siderate enough to open a 4th window to help. Terrible lack of management.

Waiting on long line for talk to a teller. The line was out the door and they only had 2 tellers working. Easily 15 people waiting in line. They didn't offer to help anyone I would avoid this location

Had a bad experience thanks to teller Armando no customer service at all slammed my papers and change in front of me didn't acknowledge me he didn't say hello, what can I help you with not even at the end when he slammed my roll of quarters in slot and walked away instead of asking if there was anything else I can help you with or a simple have a nice day. Everyone else was friendly even teller next to him acknowledged me and said thank you have a nice day. Not the way to keep customers needsto be coached. Thanks
