Westland just did about 2/3 of the floors in our house. We are very pleased! Steve was highly responsive to our needs. No pressure. He came out a couple times to measure and let us keep the samples for as long as we needed to pick the right product and color. The install crew was excellent! They were very professional and finished in about 3 days (we were told it would take a week). We have a lot of custom features and molding so it was not an easy install. They made sure we were happy with the placement and coloring. Look no further than Westland if you need to update your flooring.

Outdoor carpet we received did not match the sample. They were supposed to level out part of the patio area, but did not really get it right. There is still a part of the patio that is lower than the rest. Better than it was before, but seemed they rushed the job. They failed to close the gate when they left, so our backyard was exposed all night. They also failed to clean up some of the scraps from the demo of the old carpeting. Would not recommend their work.

Steve explained in detail the products and their quality as they were presented patiently at the shop. He checked the progress of the work as it was being installed. Overall the carpet and floor gave the house a modern look and now it is very easy to clean.

Westlake did a wonderful job remodeling my bathroom. Johnny was great helping me pick the materials. The two gentlemen doing the work were very skilled. They moved my shower to a different wall and it looks terrific.

The service was professional and the installers worked quickly. They helped with moving furniture out and back in. And the old carpet was hauled away. The price was reasonable. The two rooms look so nice with new carpeting.

Steve and his staff are great! West Coast Flooring put in my vinyl floor 4 years ago. It turned out gorgeous.I recently had a project in my kitchen that required a patch of flooring to be put in. They got the job done on short notice and my floor turned out beautiful. So grateful for their responsiveness, attention to detail and overall professionalism.I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

I had gone into Westland Carpet One to replace the carpeting in three bedrooms. Steve came to measure the rooms and brought the samples I had chosen from their showroom.While he was there I asked Steve to look at the flooring in my kitchen. Some of the corners of the planks were lifting. I had purchased the waterproof flooring in the kitchen from Westland in 2020, the flooring was installed by the contractor who remodeled my kitchen.Steve advised he would contact the distributor to come out and do an inspection. After the initial inspection the manufacturer then ordered an independent inspector to come and examine the flooring. The independent inspection revealed that there was moisture under the waterproof flooring.Steve recommended that I have a leak detection preformed. I called a plumber who located and repaired the leak. However, due to the water leak my "waterproof flooring" was a total loss. Furthermore, the flooring had been discontinued.Steve recommended that I replace the flooring with tile. I selected a 12"x24" grey tile. The installation was complete, and the tile looks amazing. I like it better than the flooring that I had to replace. While this was a trying time, Steve was helpful through the process from start to finish.Both my kitchen flooring and the carpet in the bedrooms turned out beautifully. I completely trust the experts at Westland Carpet One.

I recently had pipes burst and my house flooded. The only part of the reconstruction process that was a pleasure start to finish was working with Johnny and Westland Carpet. He was helpful, considerate and extremely conscientious. He did everything when and how he said he would after many delays from insurance and other contractors. His prices were reasonable and competitive. The process working with him went so smoothly! I can't say enough good about him. What a dear, dear man! I would go back to him for any and all of my future construction needs! Please check him out! My daughter is planning on contacting him for her kitchen remodeling project and liked him as much as I did!!

Originally we sought out Westland because they had previously did the flooring/carpeting in my grandma’s home some years before and she was happy with their work. We moved into the house once she passed and decided to replace the floor entirely as it needed to be updated. Our initial appointment with Johnny went well, he was friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. He gave us a quote to do the flooring in majority of the house and we were satisfied with the price because we had already been quoted a higher price from another company. Once I found out they do more than just flooring and after some back and forth appointments and quite a few discussions we ended up deciding to remodel the kitchen, add a door in our bedroom, and redo a bathroom as well. Johnny had no problem coming to our home to take all those measurements as well as work closely with us to ensure we chose everything correctly to complete our vision. Any concerns I had I felt comfortable reaching out to Johnny personally knowing I would get a prompt and straightforward answer... Johnny was present throughout the whole remodeling process even just to see how things went. It took about 1 month to complete.Hugo was our contractor and he was great as well. His team were very respectful and considerate of our home and made many efforts to keep the dust to a minimum as we have two small children in the home.I can honestly say I wouldn’t have chosen a better company or contractor to work with. Our home feels exactly that now… a home.Thank you guys!

Westland Carpet has done flooring jobs for us for the last 6 years. They are wonderful. They handle all our concerns and help us come up with a solution that works. I am so happy with my beautiful new floor! Everyone we met at Carpet One was so helpful...I was very intimidated shopping for flooring for my kitchen, they were very patient with my repeated visits, I really appreciated their low pressure sales techniques as I felt out of my element...Rick was the person who helped me finalize my sale and delivery of the flooring, they were so kind every step of the way...it turned out to be affordable and the floor is gorgeous !
