Worst, unreliable, pharmacy is closed or closes earlier on any given day without notice. Prescription gets sent in and they notify you by text that it has been received even though they are closed and have no intention of filling necessary medications. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy, they can't hold down the fort.

As if all the other negative issues weren't enough, now they are just (Closed). Are you kidding me? People have entrusted them with their livelihood, health, wellbeing and quite possibly their lives and what do they do? they accept their prescription requests and just CLOSE THEIR DOORS! No phone calls or any other form of contact or warning, just close the doors and everyone can do without! When you provide a life sustaining service you don't get to just say, (not today), (it's not convenient) or we don't have the staff. YOU FIND THE STAFF! You bus them in, fly them in or what ever it requires but you provide the service you have been entrusted with. CVS, in Crescent City doesn't deserve to be licensed as a pharmacy.

Tried to return a cash purchase with receipt. CVS wanted to scan my driver's license into the CVS database. This would expose me to identify theft when CVS has more data breaches. No other store in town has this dangerous policy for customers who pay cash. This policy is foolish. CVS did not ask for my driver's license when I handed them cash for the purchase. Best advice - never shop here.

Had appointment at 1:20. Dr called in prescriptiin at 2 and didnr fill antibiotics same day. Instead told my husband try again tomorrow. Im going to end up in ER because I have an infection causing extream pain

This is by far the worst cvs pharmacy ive ever went through. I've shown up to get refills and get told they've been too busy multiple times now. They withhold my life saving medication with the excuse of "we've been very busy, sorry". This cvs needs a new manager or needs to hire more people. If you're reading this I highly recommend you switch to another pharmacy. This place is ran by lazy/incompetent/greedy management. It also seems 90% of the town is going through this pharmacy. If you want to save yourself a lot of time/stress you must not go through this cvs pharmacy.

I think that the people at the pharmacy are wonderful and very nice . They're always very efficient and very helpful . I always find it very pleasant to go to the pharmacy . And they are really coming through for me on a medication that was very hard to find . The wait time is really minimal for the amount of people that come to the pharmacy . With the power outage we experienced they have come through especially with the huge workload that has been put upon them after that . I'm really happy they are here for us ! I just want to say thank you all for caring and helping us so much! Thank you so much !

I normally don't do this but y'all need to get your stuff together this is actually ridiculous to wait 5 days for a prescription that should have been filled and it says it was supposed to be filled the next day and never got done here we are 6 days later still waiting ridiculous unacceptable hire some more people do something and that's why I'm leaving you guys

Rebecca refused outright to fill a prescription for my disabled wife. The pharmacy has been operating without a pharmacy manager and probably without a pharmacist for all I know. They have had prescriptions fill late for months now. Don't expect anything and to be treated like a number or worse. Constantly hang up or don't answer the phone. Worse pharmacy in town, even the wait at Walmart would be better than this.

Horrible pharmacy service. They cannot get their act together. Long lines, unfilled prescriptions, and workers just throw their hands up and offer no help. I will be getting my medicine elsewhere.

Rebecca, who works in the pharmacy and refused to supply her last name or the pharmacy license number, refused to dispense doctor and insurance approved prescription drugs. After spending over 2 hrs on hold over 2 days I finally got through to a live person. I did not raise my voice or use profanity and was hung up on. I called back to try to resolve the issue and was told by Rebecca that my pointing out the FACTS of the issue were "hurtful " and I could have my doctors send my prescriptions somewhere else. She then hung up on me. I will be contacting my medical team and going anywhere else.

This pharmacy has the rudest and angriest people I have ever seen in a pharmacy. Not only does it take 3+ days to fill prescriptions, but they also do not answer the phone and have no answers for any questions and when asked they act like they are being put out by having you in the store trying to get medications that keep you alive. If d rather pay for my meds out of pocket anywhere else than to come to this location ever again.

Hung up on after being on hold twenty minutes. No service from customer service. Finally the girl that answered rushed me through my questions and was not polite or helpful.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Drove 30 minutes to pick up a needed prescription. I arrived at 5 o’clock, and was told they were closing. The website says 6 o’clock a little concerning that these are the people preparing our medication‘s. Total incompetence.
