I've been getting my eyebrows and body waxed by Yesica, she is so professional and makes you feel so comfortable. She's very sweet and patient. An awesome experience! I highly recommend her!

Joshanna is a gem! She's a delightful, licensed professional who gets amazing results at everything she does! I've been going to her for two years for all my hair needs and mani-pedis and am looking into other services she offers at Embrace Salon. I have friends who trust Joshanna to keep their brows and eyelashes looking amazing.
Every time I go I feel like it's my spa getaway time to relax, be pampered, and enjoy the big city services in our home-town-friendly atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, this is not what you think of when I say small town hair salon...my daughter who has lived in Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and San Fran goes here when she is in town and is blown away by the high level and quality of services, the modern and creative setting, plus the wide array of products for sale (she stocked up on her favorites).
I have to compliment Embrace Salon on their booking system and communications. In my past I've had very disappointing experiences elsewhere with miscommunications, no-shows by the hairdresser and my appointments not recorded in the book. At Embrace I know immediately that my appointments are confirmed and I've never experienced a no-show or more than a couple minutes wait.
I highly recommend Joshanna at Embrace Salon & Spa. She cares deeply about her profession and her clients' needs.

Just had a great hair cut from Jena. I’m from out of town, so knew no one here in Crescent City. Looked at reviews and decided to try Embrace Salon. Jena took so much time and is very sweet besides. Highly recommend her.

Always a pleasant experience at my hair salon! I’ve been going to Jena for years, and she never disappoints. She’s talented, consistent, and truly cares about her clients. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed! Also, My daughter got her nails done by Taim for her 8th grade graduation, and she did a fabulous job! The nails were beautiful, detailed, and perfect for such a special occasion. Thank you for making her feel so confident and special!

I am not the type to leave reviews even if I had a bad experience somewhere, but I am very aggravated. This place is extremely overpriced for bare minimum service, I had an appointment for a full set of lashes, The lady was running late which was fine. Once she arrived we started mapping out the lashes. My appointment was at 10am, she finished ONE eye at 3:00. I had a headache from laying down for so long. I'm not an expert but it shouldn't take 5-6 hours to complete ONE eye unless you're a newbie. She told me she's been doing lashes for 2 years. She's clearly in the wrong department. I ended up asking her to dissolve the lashes so I can leave. I was so disappointed. I requested a day off from work so I can get my lashes done. I work full time and I'm always busy. She then asked if I can come back tomorrow to finish the other eye. Horrible experience. I walked out with residue on my eyelashes. I will be calling to file a complaint. Don't get your lashes done here.
