Requested style: I showed Tom a picture of what my idea was and told him to add his own flare and he did a magnificent job.

I'm here now and asked SIX times for hot water for my pedicure and she just looks at me with a blank stare. I asked a SEVENTH time for her to drain the damn tub and put some hot water in it, I explained it's more relaxing if the water is at least WARM, ITS COLD.

I would not recommend coming to this location at all. The man who I spoke to was incredibly rude. I came in first thing in the morning when they opened to get ONE nail fixed that broke, and he told me they are completely busy. Mind you, he was working on one person and the other woman sitting next to him was completely free. I am on a cross country road trip with my partner and we are getting married in 3 days so I am looking to get one nail fixed. I did not appreciate his attitude. He couldn't even look at me when speaking. 10/10 do not recommend!

I cannot recommend a pedicure service at this salon. During my visit, I noticed some concerned practices. They do not use sterilized nail clippers, and reuse nail files. The polish application was poor. Had to be redone twice.
Cleanliness: The salon is in dire need to be clean. Poor sanitizing practices. Someone should call the state and have them Checked out for their cleaning practices

On vacation in Crescent city, we went to pro nails to see if they could get us in . They did about a week ago and today one of my nails totally fell off. They are supposed to be acrylic with gel over the top and the gel is chipping like regular nail polish I wouldn’t go to these people again. I wanted powder dip, but he says he doesn’t do that.

I have a ton of lumps on my nails that weren't Filed down most of my nails are different shapes and my French tips aren’t even French tips my nails go side ways all my nails are different thicknesses and she was really rough with my hands don’t recommend

If I could give a negative star I would!! This was by far the worst nail experience EVER!!! I got a Delux pedicure that lasted all of 15 min.. my toe nails r cut down to the quick and crooked, and the massage was not a massage but the technician nails left scratches on my legs n feet!! N they still over charged us!! And cleanliness is not a factor cuz she pulled a file straight out of this dusty drawer n used on me… I will NEVER return here!!

Dark, unsanitary, do not listen to request and they can't make it to your scheduled appt little lone open the shop on time. And no apology whatsoever for their lateness.

Worst pedicure ever. I had my doubts right away when she didn’t seem to be able to comfortably use cuticle clippers and then used them to trim nails (wrong tool) poking me with the sharp end repeatedly. A joke application of product, wipe it on and rinse it off, no massage. A guy walked in and wanted his nails fixed, he had painted them with his girlfriend and the polish smeared and he wanted them fixed. She stopped my pedicure and began working on this walk in. I said, should I come back later? She obviously seemed to feel apologetic to the guy for not being able to continue his repair immediately. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I wish I would have read the reviews. They list 3 levels of pedicure, $30, $40, $55. There was no description of the difference or what is included- so shame on me for not asking first. I picked the middle one. I can’t imagine what the $30 one is. It was very quick and a joke. Oh, and then she said cash only. It says visa etc on the door but they sent me to Safeway to get cash. I won’t be back for sure. Except maybe to complain in person.Service: Pedicure
