Only glitch there is, I’ve been at the storage before closing and leave before closing and they text me that I was there till after closing. Which I never stay til closing time. I’ve replied to their texts and they never correct themselves. I still don’t know if they use this against you for future rentals. Which I assume they do, why else text in the first place.”

“I just called to rent a unit beginning towards the end of the month. I was told in the beginning of the phone call that there's a promotion going on giving the 1st month's rent free. After giving some of the info and I'm ready to pay, she informs me that I would get the last 5 days of the month free only! I'm like, wait, what? .
