My husband and I got to the airport for a 3 week business trip and discovered he did not have his phone. We walked into this T Mobile and they totally took care of us. They gave us options and helped us make the decision of what would work best both short and long term, and what was so affordable! The two team members were knowledgeable and helpful and got us all set up for 3 weeks of business travel within an hour!! Outstanding customer service

Soooo, I just switched to T-Mobile and drove around town and whew-weee I got coverage and locked in at good rate. Today was my final draw for spectrum mobile, I can not even report a power outage from my home on their network.I will be traveling around tomorrow too, so I’ll get to see how good the T-Mobile service really is, but they did share I’m SOL when In Klamath.They also shared that they are working with Elon Musk to get coverage via satellite, so that’s cool. Great team down at our local T-Mobile and we got free phone, free service until the we end our service. they took our iPhone 12 Pro Max as trade in at $275 each. In the end we walked out with three phones, bunch of promotional items (free Netflix and Apple TV and discounted and short term offers of AAA and Sirius XMRadio and I think couple more). We are locked in at $130 a month for three lines unlimited and so I’m saving $50 with an extra phone on my plan. It’s crazy.Jay is the boss and got us hooked up, but we also got to meet our sons friend, from High School, Diego and later my son went down and switched too❣️

Thank you guys so much for your help! Everyone here was so nice. Yvonne helped me with switching my service from Verizon. She was very thorough and I didn't have to sell a kidney to pay for anything. While she was working away, one of the managers came over and offered me water. Super nice of them to offer refreshments! :) I love the folks at T-Mobile!

Staff talked me in to switching by offering a promotion. As soon as I switched all of a sudden my phones were too new. And now costing me a ton of money I wasnt prepared for. This business isn't honest or isn't good at training either way will be leaving tmobile and will never do business with this company again. Any company that doesn't stand by there work and is dishonest is not a place I will support. I will be bringing a lawsuit against them soon.

09.21 22If you are T-Mobile customer than you know how accommodating their technicians are. If Smart Phones are new to you...T-Mobile technicians are v.e.r.y patient helping us navigate technology...speaking from experience. Some challenges even T-Mobile can be stump with (Meta-Facebook, etc.) so...be patient with yourself. New technology is constantly updating.

Everything is great when they are selling it to you. The customer service seat is outside though.. Jamir (Manager) was less than helpful with an ongoing issue and was more focused on coaching me on how to fix it myself.The coverage has been better with T Mobil but I will be taking my business to Brookings moving forward.

Customer service is horrible. Do not deal with the store manager Jabir whenever possible. He doesn’t know how interact with customers at all, he’s super rude. That’s probably why the employees are always changing too. He can’t even keep the nice staff.
