“I had a nail in the right rear tire when driving from Seattle area to SF Bay Area. I found this early in the morning. They fixed this at first available time and charged a minimum rate. This is unbelievable service when you consider the terrible inflation we are experiencing.”
“We were on the road moving my daughter from Southern California to Eastern Washington taking the coastal route. On the hills coming into Crescent City we smelled what we thought were brakes. Well, we couldn't enjoy the trip without getting them checked. It was late afternoon and we still had four hours on the road so we weren't thrilled with the needed stop. The Crescent City Les Schwab immediately greeted as we were entering the building, took us up to the register and gathered our information. In a flash he was off and we were literally back on the road in about 30 minutes with, "you're brakes will need attention in the near future but you're good for now." Being between jobs this was such a relief for my daughter. So appreciated the speed, courtesy and honesty! Yay for Les Schwab.”
