“Requiring a tow is generally a pretty low point in anyone’s day. Robert was there for us and made the 2hr trip to a dealership an enjoyable one. He was able to get our truck on the flatbed and tow our RV safely with care. He even accommodated issues we had at the dealer and getting us to an RV spot nearby.”
“At 1st when I called they said it would be an hour wait. I was only locked out I didnt need a tow. So I called elsewhere same thing. It was a Friday night so I was stuck in Walmart parking lot. The insurance app tracker showed his location as well as mine. He was in hiouchi. He was fast & efficient. So fast in fact I missed what he did to get it open. Not what I expected. Very nice man. I should have asked his name. Huge thank u 2.”

“I called Robinson's automotive to see if they can update the software in my Ford super duty. I was told that they do not have to capabilities and was referred to another local shop or go to a Ford dealership . disappoint to say the least. Hopefully they will read this post and get the proper tool and training for their employees.”
