“Carstar Avalon handled everything for my SUV damage from hitting an animal Valentine's evening. (Extensuve searching did not reveal the animal, so hopefully, it survived.) The staff here were very professional, personable and took care of all the insurance details. The repairs are so perfect, everything looks great. Even more, almost, I was embarrassed because the vehicle was so filthy, inside and out. When I picked it up, I couldn't believe how good it looked - thoroughly washed, vacuumed and wiped down...it really was returned to me looking better than before the accident! “After purchasing our Thor motorhome, we weren't aware at the time that that particular year we had bought brand new had a defect in the tinted fiberglass. A year after purchasing the rig, we noticed it was starting to oxidize pretty badly. In hopes of fixing the oxidation, we paid to have the rig clearcoated. The rig looked great for about a year until the clearcoat started peeling. We then noticed the graphics were changing colors and the rig itself was starting to look like a hot mess. We needed to figure out a solution so we took it to RV Stripes and Graphics where Daniel took a look at it and told us that not only had Thor created the problem but we had too when we clearcoated it. Apparently this rig isn't meant to be clearcoated. Anywho, we striped the clearcoat and old graphics ourselves to save some money. In doing that we saved about 3k. Daniel and his team then took the left over adhesive, shined it up and put new graphics. The rig turned out amazing!! Of course there's issues that were completely out of their control but it looks MUCH better than when we brought it in. They even went above and beyond and repainted the steps, hitch, and pipes. Highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again!”

“Jesus and his team provide excellent, reliable customer service and high quality body shop work. They took care of our vehicle and made it look brand new! Even accommodated a restricted time frame to get the work done and called us ahead of time to tell us it was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up my car, he used a special cleanser to remove some old marks and finished up my car to make it look amazing. Highly recommend this spot! The prices are very very reasonable.”

“My insurance chose this place to get my car fixed. They did a great job fixing all the damage that had been done. They were very nice when my husband called everyday asking when it would be done, we kept getting text messages saying it was done so we had to keep calling about it. When we came to pick it up they let us know they still need to replace one piece and put two other pieces of trim on the car and detail clean/wash the car and they said they would fill up the gas tank. I did bring it back and they fixed the pieces like they said, washed and vacuumed the car but didn’t fill up the gas tank like they promised. The only thing I would say is they had to repaint my bumpers and the color doesn’t match my car at all. I’m not saying that’s their fault but now I feel like I need an entire paint job. So overall I am giving a 5 star because they did good work on the car and I feel the issues afterwards are not their fault. Thank you to Jesus for being so nice and patient with us. You guys did a really good job.”
