Horrible trash company! They take advantage because they are the only game in town. We need to kick them out and bring in another company to compete. They have a monopoly in the mountains and the bosses are kicking back to city / County officials. We should all rise up and do a class action lawsuit against them and the county. Waste Management, Athens should back us so they can compete and open up the market. I have trash cans that have not been picked up for months and yet they charge. At one property, my personal cabin I bring down my trash and the still charge a minimum service fee. It's absurd. Paying something for nothing is a robbery.

Whoever is “servicing” the Lake Arrowhead Woods area needs a new job. He is always leaving our trash all over the street after pick up and thinks it’s funny to line our trash cans up in front of the driveway when he’s done. If I could put a “0” I would. We have NO choice but to use them in the mountains and they just DOUBLED their fees for monthly bins from $100 to over $200 a month for green waste (horse manure and pine needles). This is almost as much as boarding a horse! Price gouging and so unfair!!!! We can’t even put our other trash in the bin (so it is already separated), so why the pretense of “we need to make sure green waste is separated which costs more.” Is this a better business bureau complaint? Communities down the hill are not being as ripped off as we are.

Very good Customer Service and I received my Cans ASAP UPON MOVING IN... I have no Complaints ......on time ALWAYS! Every time I've Dealt with this Company they have been EXTREMELY professional No Complaints from ME! I understand they have a lot to deal with here on the mountain, and they do so the best they can! Everyone HERE MUST UNDERSTAND That Between the weather, weekenders, etc, there's always going to be issues... PEOPLE! No matter what your situation is... stop and take a deep breath ... up here on the mountain we live in utopia! LET IT GO!

Service is inconsistent, rates keep increasing, the trucks definitely aren’t seeing the money from our increased rates as they all sound like beached whales as they break going down the road.Measured the -dbm coming off them coming to a stop from in my house and it peaked at -91dbm. Poor drivers unless have advanced hearing protection will be deaf before they retire.Maintain your truck a little better please Burrtec.

I was just notified that Burrtec will no longer dispose of green waste for the mountain communities unless you pay an additional $27 to have it hauled away once each month. Nice job charging more for less service.

My mom has been here in Crestline since 1995 and my grandparents since 1986. My mom is very very sick and most of the time they will help her get her trash off her property knowing she can't do much around her property. Thank you guys it helps her and her family to look out for her.

Is anyone ever over-the-moon about paying for across the board community services? Me either. However, these guys & gals employed with Mtn Disposal need to be recognized for their unfun hard work. Overall, the Mtn Disposal field crew are courteous even though their job is laborious, unpleasant, and challenging -- everyday. I speak from more than 30 years of residency. When I say, "thank you" and "have a good day," to them... the response is always positive. Blah, blah, blah and thank you for reading this post.

I am not thrilled about paying for months when we are not creating trash in the mountains. BUT I am thrilled that on the weekends I can get rid of trash/garbage and NOT pack it into my car for a 100 mile drive to my flatland residence. OR I can take it direct to the dump during the week. Yes I need to drive, but I don't need to have the squaller around me..... 20 bucks a month average is not that tough if you can afford a vacation house in the Arrowhead area.

Awesome! Here in Crestline our trashman gathers trash cans from the 94 yr old man's house by walking into his parking enclosure to pick up and drop off the older man's cans for him. You guys are the best, & you make me smile every Friday when I can watch this go down.

Horrible service. When you have no competetion and the state forces everyone to pay regardless if they actually show up to pick up your trash every week or not this is what you get.
