I went in with a set of acrylics, the guy who took the acrylics off didn’t just take off my acrylics but also took off half my natural nail bed. When my usual tech took the polish off there were multiple thin spots that were bright red because they were so thin and my nails cracked. They charged me $60 for this! $60 for a normal non pain inducing nail set is fine, but I have to wait to get nails done again until they heal from this. Not happy.

Coming here was a mistake and I will never return again. The gentleman broke my nails then laughed at me when I told him I was unhappy with it. I left after the removal and did not even want to bother with a manicure. I offered to pay but the owner insisted not so I just left them a tip. The only positive about this place is the lady owner is extremely polite. Maybe they do good pedicures since that’s hard to screw up. Maybe the lady is better than him. I hate the way they remove polish it is so detrimental to the nail and burns your nails off.

Nope. My daughter and I tried to get our nails done. But no thanks. Long story but had to stop the service and had to leave.

I’ve had my nails done at several different locations both in the local area and Inland Empire in general & this place is by far the best. The only difficult thing is that neither Michael or Loan speak English very well so it can be hard to explain what you want but both are meticulous & do a wonderful job. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my manicures when I get them here. I never get compliments on manicures I get at other locations.Services: Manicure

They took me in for a pedi on short notice and were very sweet. They also had a huge variety of really cool metallic/pearlescent gel colors, which I had never seen before. The kind lady doing my nails said that after Covid and the storms, business has slowed down, which is a shame...but I know Crestline has really been going through it in general lately. I hope their business picks back up! The pedi turned out great and I'll def be back.
