We recently bought a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport for my wife, Damaged the front end bumper underneath, SHE took it to the Ford Dealer, They claimed they needed to keep the car for a few days, And they needed to replace the entire front bumper quoted over $1k just for the bumper, Instead we were highly recommended to Steve, Who looked at it said I can fix quoted $150. Took 1 hr. Fixed it like new, Excellent knowledge Skills, And great customer service by Steve, And the entire staff, We would definitely Highly recommend for you to bring it here and get it done right at a great price and totally Honest Quote, And guarantees His awsome work,You're one stop Body Shop done by Pro's. Like one of the other reviewers I saw, I chose this because it was close by and seemed like they had decent reviews, but I cannot believe how poorly this went. My car was going to be totaled by the insurance company since they wanted to replace the roof amongst other things, but Davis gave me a much lower price to fix it just enough to be drivable again. Initially this seemed great, and I was willing to overlook a few things like scuffs or missing plastic pieces from the interior after they did their work, plus still finding glass shards after paying for glass cleanup fee, but it got so much worse. I started noticing water seemed to be getting in, so I brought it back thinking maybe it was the seal on the windshield they installed since that’s a common thing to happen, and instead of actually testing for leaks or looking into anything they just put another windshield on and gave it back to me. Ended up bringing it back a third time because not only was it still leaking but I could visibly see a crack along the bottom of the windshield they had put on. They did not even seem surprised by this, just put another windshield on again and told me it was the weather stripping on the door, which seemed like it was just an excuse to get me out the door since they told me they had to order it and then never called back. It seems like there is very poor communication between everyone here, dishonest to customers and poor quality work

I went to Davis auto body here in Crestline because they are right down the street, I have 4 scratches on the bottom of the passenger door of an F150 and a small ding size of a qurter that can be pulled out with a suction cup, the estimate I received is for $2,000+ and includes taking off the front grill assembly, the headlights, taking the windows out, taking off the flare wheel opening on the bed, refinishing the fender (which has no damage at all) $1,000 for sheet metal and work, when all that needs to be done is the door refinished and painted. Shop down the hill charged $550 and its better than new. Rip OFF!

I highly recommend this business. I had two cars wrecked during the blizzard of ‘23 and Davis Auto Body did an excellent job handling my horrible insurance company, fixing my cars and kept me updated throughout the process. Both my cars look brand new!
