Beautiful store, one may buy a lot more than just groceries. It is pricey though.

For a store that is the only grocery store to serve an entire community, it simply is subpar. It should be the best of the best. The quality and quality of the fresh goods in the deli, bakery and produce section are unacceptable. It's not well stocked for the amount of people that use this store. They offer no or very few antibiotic meat options. The lettuce is always wilted and avocados are never ripe. For the size of this grocery store there is no excuse to not have options. The tiny sister Goodwins in Redlands honestly has more healthy and fresh options. The prices are so high that it is gouging. They are trying to act like a fancy Trader Joe's when in fact they are basically Vons. I will be buying my groceries down the mountain at Stater Brothers for now on. I will have fresh produce, healthy meat options and all varieties of bread to choose from.

The delivery options are incredibly limited yet they won't allow Instacart to serve the community. Probably for the best as their price gouging is at an all time high. A lot of products are double and even triple that of anywhere else. I wish I was exaggerating, but sadly I'm not. Why so many people praise this place is beyond me.

Bought the "bread pudding" made in the bakery. So sad. Opened the tray (bought 2) of bread pudding, and it was one pile of chopped up dry day old cinnamon rolls (no frosting, no custard, or moisture of any kind.) I literally pick it up with with my hand, and it was one solid dry piece of chopped roll mashed together and dry. Needless to say I threw it out...it was not even edible.

Fresh made deli subs are fabulous! Far better than other sub shops. Pricey on groceries but associates are friendly

This review is solely for the Bakery.
We ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday Friday afternoon, for pickup Monday afternoon.
First, no one from the actual bakery was there. We were told everyone goes home at noon. A Deli employee had to take the order, but had no idea how to fill out the cake form, because cross training doesn’t seem to be a priority. So, we went over it together: Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting; like almost every other carrot cake on Earth, including the prepackaged Goodwin’s slice we bought and ate there to make sure our daughter liked it. Three sets of eyes verified that the form said “Cream Cheese Frosting.”
Monday afternoon, we pick up the cake. Everyone behind the counter was obviously stressed, seemingly unable to deal with even the smallest request like, “Hi, we’re here to pick up a cake we ordered.”
The lady that helped us seemed very frazzled, and exasperatingly said, “Well, I have to go downstairs to get it…” like it was a hassle.
When she returned, she handed me the cake, and in that same breathy attitude said, “Here. I have to go cut meat!”
Jeez. Okay. Sorry to inconvenience you with my commerce. 🥴
Forward to Tuesday. Birthday Party. Good news: it was Carrot Cake. Bad news: The baker pulled an audible without consulting me, and used Buttercreme instead of Cream Cheese for the frosting and filling. Absolutely UNHOLY ABOMINATION. Only Satan would substitute Buttercreme for Cream Cheese Frosting on a carrot cake.
We choked half the cake down, because what am I going to do? Tell her, “Sorry kid. No cake on your big 5.”
I have half a mind to take the remaining cake back, along with the order form, and ask for a partial refund, but huffing, eye rolling, and bad attitudes don’t really vibe with me.
$41 for a cake no one enjoyed. Not even the kid who loves sugar.
The vibe has changed since they rebuilt. They gained a new store, but they’ve lost something. It’s a beautiful store, but they’ve sacrificed the small town charm, and it shows in how many of the employees act.
Anyway, what once used to be the go-to place for amazing cakes has become no better than Stater Bros., and it’s a crying shame.

It is a nice store I will say that but their prices on the other hand are absolutely ridiculous I was honestly hoping when the roof collapsed that they would move their business elsewhere and stop ripping off and gouging the community that I grew up in trust me do not go to this store unless you want to pay an arm and a leg go to the grocery outlet in Blue Jay it's by far much better

Happy Veterans day!
Went to Goodwins to purchase a card and a small gift for my Dad for Veterans day. NOT ONE CARD, NOT ONE ITEM IN THE STORE
TO CELEBRATE OUR VETS. When I asked the cashier (young man) he said "we dont have to sell items to support our Vets". Wow smartass kid needs some manners. RUDE!!!!! More disappointment from our local Market. Plenty of Christmas stuff tho.... SMH

Joelle was very rude unhelpful and unprofessional if she's an example of how that store is being run then that store is going to be in big trouble, she's a liability and needs to be fired immediately. Same goes for the deli workers cat calling costumers is very unprofessional and i can't believe management is allowing this to continue.

A lot of micro agressions with the employees here, they are also illegally denying service animals. We didn’t want to make a big scene so we left but their employee basically pushed us out and blocked the entrance to their outdoor patio because they said no service dogs allowed after the fact that we bought our food and drinks with said service dogs inside the market. The cashiers also had smug looks on their faces after the fact. Horrible experience with unprofessional workers. Read their one star reviews and you will see this is not an outlier experience.

The Produce Is terrible. They dry age their beef. Not a fan. Their ground beef tastes gamie. I just bought their fried chicken from their deli it was over cooked and tough as shoe leather. other than that, they're convenient and friendly.
