“I been waiting for 15 for a drop off!! I'm very patient, I called the UPS to let them know that I was coming here. If they could tell me if they print it out labels they said they did cuz this is just an access point but they do do that. I called UPS before I went there to make sure I didn't have a problem. They said they did. I get here wait for 15 minutes and no they do not do that!!!
Ups is not the drop off place. This is a liquor store or something Little market. It's not their fault that they gave me wrong information. I called U PS. After that I was in the phone for 25 minutes when they told me the whole time was only 12 minutes. UPS is really dropping the ball. Very disappointed.”
“Email service was cheaper then fax. But nobody gave me prices so remember to ask what the prices are for the type of service you need when it comes to the postal side of the business. So boom they get only 4 stars for their lack of communication/service fees. Besides that this place has and does what you need when it comes to postal and pharmacy. And at least customer service is pleasant. Just ask for prices!”

“Normally i have had nothing but bad experiences with USPS whilst traveling the country but this branch has changed my opinion. Usually i find the clerks want nothing to do with people and strive to do almost as little as possible. I was helped today by Ken and he went above and beyond to try and help me out anyway he could. “Such a beautiful old historic building. I went in the other day asking for a change of address. The attendant said there were no change of address forms. He completely forgot to mention it was possible to do it online. ? I got the feeling...(I might be wrong) he was just among excuses and really didn't care. Because the USPS attendant smirked. I prefer going to UPS store...whether they don't smirk.”

“Please before you leave a negative review, reconsider all the good things these workers do and have to put up with, loads of everyone mail and complaints and pressure thats unforseen by the US government and micro-managing that we may be unaware of.
