“I had seen all the negative reviews prior to coming. I didn't experience any of the customer service issues that the other reviewers did. Perhaps management/staff saw the reviews and made adjustments. But the staff were polite and cordial. And my 5 year old really enjoyed looking around and the opportunity to buy some toys while we're in town.”
