Today my medicine was delivered to the wrong address. It is a life saving medicine that I must have daily. When I received a message that it was delivered to my home, and it wasn’t here I panicked! I called the post office as I was driving there. The clerk called the carrier (he didn’t recall the package-understandable). The clerk then called the postmaster (I wish had gotten both of their names. The postmaster not only came out- she knocked on doors, located the package, called me and hand delivered it to me!!That meant the world to me- as I had only one needle left! They went over and beyond and their efforts were greatly appreciated!!!!!

Supposed to open at 8;30am. I arrived at 8:28am and I waited until 8:43am and gave up. So much for service.

We set up a PO box and the staff member was very helpful. I do wish that the lobby was 24 hrs though.

Quick, friendly and super easy! One of the better post offices, that I've been to! I will definitely use this one again!

Mail carriers are awesome, no complaints there. They're awesome and will bike up all the stairs to my house to deliver packages. It's the lady (I think her name starts with a "M") in the actual office, is the problem. Snappy attitude and not helpful unless I go down to the post office instead of just calling to ask a question. I recommend avoiding her at all costs otherwise you'll leave angry.

One of the few post offices I went when I felt they were diligent and fast. No queues, no hassle, .... They keep putting some of my mail into my neighbor, though. But besides that, no problem whatsoever. There is also a big enough parking.

My only complaint is their hours. They are my local p.o. & I can't get to them except on my day's off. If they were only open an hour longer even one day a week it would help. (Like the Crockett Library which is open 2-8 on Mondays.) Or if there was a self-service machine in the lobby.

I love this post office and the mail carrier! After living in a city where the lines were 30+ minutes long, the employees surly and ignorant, and the mail carrier would leave my packages on the busy sidewalk to be stolen (or worse, leave attempted delivery notices when I was right inside), this place is amazing. Always empty, nice employees, and the mail carrier actually knocks on my door!
