“A small town post office. Very friendly staff, but the customers have grown quite rude talking on their cell phones while they're conducting business while everybody else waits. I truly wish there were a policy that prevented customers from talking on their cell phones and conducting business with the post office at the same time.”
“Both the Post Office itself and the postal service to my home in Newman has been absolutely fantastic. The staff in the office are always fast, efficient and polite, and my letter carrier is always spot on! Elsewhere I've lived, I've occasionally received my neighbor's mail, but that's never happened once in Newman. Additionally, with the Covid pandemic and all the extra online ordering I do, I've yet to have a package lost. That cannot be said about FedEx.Great job Newman PO!!!”

“I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always super friendly. Monica is always so cheerful and polite. The new Postmaster is extremely helpful if you have any issues, and he has a lot of patience. The day I was there a customer came in complaining about something that was their fault but had the audacity to blame the staff. I’m sorry lady but you and everyone else in this town aren’t entitled to anything, follow the rules. The rules are there for a reason, nobody cares that you have lived here for 20 years except you. Rules change just like seasons. Deal with it!Sorry for my rant, but this office is great. Never a line and I’d come here verses going to my own Post office in my town. Keep up the good work Gustine Post Office.”
