I went in to purchase batteries for my Honda civic 2019. I didn’t know that when you purchase batteries and bring yours back in, you get like a refund. When I went back to take my batteries in. Ruben told me I was going to get a refund in a few days. So a few days passed by, and I went back again. Ruben, supposedly “manager” told me I should have gotten the refund in cash. I told him i didn’t receive any refund. He just said, “who’s gonna win? You or me? He’s the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. Worst service from this person. Watch out for this dude.

I went to buy oil for my cars. And I saw an offer 39.99 for the filter and 6 quarters. And the staff only wanted to give me 5 because my cars take up 5. What do they care? I was going to pay for the package of 6. And they didn't want to give it to me. I imagine that someone inexperienced arrives and they give it to them. Only 5 and the other one is stolen.
