Crazy! Fraud just Fraud I asked for a phone for my son she grabbed it brought it to me started scanning everything started skipping everything on the paying pad and even signing for me I asked her what she’s doing she said don’t worry about it and was over charging me. Y’all need new staff

Zero stars if I could!!! Today 08-13- 2023 I went to get 3 iPhones 14 pro max the advertisement said $1099.99 first I tried the financing but decided to pay cash I have $2500 cash and the rest cc the lady her name is Sedenia told me the rest was $2127 with my cc I didn't pay to much attention to the total until I get home.. since she has only one phone in the store she ordered 2 more In the meantime she told my children that they can pickup anything from the wall including the speakers I was hesitating but she insisted we're free and pickup about five items from the wall At that point I didn't get my receipt because she said that she has to wait for the other two phones we went home but she said in about 40 min the guy will be here.Ok I get home I stared to make my math but my numbers were like wait I end-up paying $4727 Whatttt I get back to the store I explained my situation to the lady and a man with glasses at that point they didn't want to canceled my order until I ask for my receipt so the end up returning $3781.53 to cc (this was the real total including the $129 speaker she charged me In purpose )and $628 cash and I ask why if It was $2500 cash and $2127 I worked in customer service and I know how it works when you return something) so they tried to make a joke saying was what the system allowed them to do. Guess what, I get home and checked my receipt carefully and at the end those thefts charge me $129.99 for a speaker I never asked for. So please please be careful before you pay in this place check your receipt. I'm not saying cricket is a bad service I' have been with them since they opened and that people that used to worked before was kind and accommodating . But what a shame trying to still peoples money in this way. Ahhh I almost forget he forced me to keep the 3 lines and activation fee more than $200 for something I will never used. I attached pictures.

Don't go or choose this business. No matter how poor or cheap you want to look, this is the worst service I have ever found in my life. They are useless in solving one's problems, they scam with plans that don't even have a good sign.
The employees treat you like a Wednesday and are happy if you need help. Whenever you ask the representative of this office (Cudahy) something, she comes out saying "I don't know" "that's your problem"
There is no professionalism or customer service. It's obvious that they are lazy, spending all day taking out their clients as soon as they enter.
Are they about to be liquidated or what's up? At least when other companies scam you, they are smart and tactful with the customer.
But these cannot even convince the client.
Who the owner is I don't know but lately I have seen a large number of customers leave this company. They are already fed up and desperate with their idiocies.

Really bad service. The man who worked at this location recommended a phone that supposedly would work for me. Went home and try downloading apps and it wouldn’t allow me to download the apps that I needed it. Went back within minutes of purchase to ask for a refund and he said he was only able to refund me 10 dollars for the phone I had just purchased. A phone that he recommended. Really bad service. Don’t recommend buying phones from cricket

Terrible terrible service. The lady who works here has no clue about anything, refers you to the bionic store and doesn't care about her job or customers . Cold and horrible customer service with poor quality devices and plans. Their Unlimited plans don't work or have signal in many areas despite you paying for them.My family and I switched and man can you see the difference.This business and cricket in general should not exist anymore and should shut down.It used to be better when Ruma or Fabiola worked there because at least they had good people skills. But the new staff is ridiculously inept, incompetent and indifferent.We chose cricket because it used to offer inexpensive but good plans. Not anymore.We're glad to have left.

I never leave bad reviews but I had time today. I’d give this location 0 stars if I could. I called this location today asking to be emailed statements from previous months and the manager told me she couldn’t do it even though I told her I called their specific location many times before and they were able to pull up statements from months before, she just didn’t want to be bothered by it. She kept telling me to call customer care and I told her that experience would be painful, they never know what you are asking for and it takes so much time. I was polite to her and asked if she could just double check with someone but she said the system updates and all the statements from last year don’t exist. I have NEVER heard of such a thing and it turned out to be a lie just as I thought. You can tell when someone just does not want to help you.For anyone experiencing similar. I called a location on Beverly Blvd. and spoke with David. I can tell they were probably busy, but he was happy to help me with getting statements emailed to me from previous months. Time is valuable, and I’m just thankful that there was someone willing to help me with this !***Update: This is still an ongoing issue. I called and talked to Jessica and she said it is against policy to help me with this request and told me to call customer care. Yet David so kindly helped me with this again today for the last couple months.*^^^David transferred to the Gardena location and he is now a store manager. Definitely earned his position and is such a huge help !!
