“Okay, not to be dramatic… but this dry cleaner is a magical wardrobe spa run by one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met, GREGORY!
The owner is a literal angel. He greets you like you’re an old friend or family member. Every visit is met with genuine warmth, like he actually cares about your clothes AND your trip to Japan AND your nails. Lol
Now let’s talk skills. I am a girl with a passion
for fashion so you can imagine all the crazy things that come out of my wardrobe and the depth in which I care about them. I would not leave my very precious clothes in the hands of ANY other dry cleaner shop. They do amazing work and they do it all in time. I really don’t know how but wow, am I grateful! I have had many many items tailored and cleaned over the years for myself and my family and have left with a smile on my face every. single. time.
Seriously—drop your clothes off here, and prepare to be emotionally attached to your dry cleaner. If I could give more stars, I’d form a constellation in their honor. ?????”
“Amazing customer service.
It was really busy and a few dryers were open, but they were only accepting quarters at the time. I was about to walk out with my wet clothes. When the older lady that worked their asked if I needed help, I told her the situation and she was able to get me some quarters so I can finish drying my clothes.
And even for how busy it was, the place looked really clean and neat.I will definitely be returning to this location”
“This place is heaven sent. The owner is nice and friendly. Clothes are always ready on time . They even do alterations. I had some wide leg dress pants and she was able to hem them and make them straight leg. I would definitely recommend this cleaners.”

“No Poop Stains is the best wash and fold service in the area. They pay attention to detail and fold and organize your clothes so it saves time putting your clothes back in the closet. All of my underwear and bras are always folded neatly and sorted in its own stack from my partner’s, who has her own stack! It used to take me 1 hour to put away my laundry when I used other services and now it only takes 30 minutes because of the care the NPS staff puts into thoughtfully separating my clothes from that of my partner’s. The app used to put in a laundry order is incredible user friendly, and you can do everything you need within the app, like provide payment, instructions for washing and folding, where to pickup/drop off laundry, when to pickup/drop off. Laundry pickup and drop off times are always on point, and their service times are insanely fast - most times within 24 hours but sometimes it takes a bit longer if they have a lot to do. What stands out most about NPS is their customer service and integrity. You can text the staff/owner about concerns you have without having to talk to someone on the phone (anti social millennial here). I have lost cash left in my pockets at other laundromats and it was not returned to me - but NPS returns everything - even $400 worth of cash! Ed and the crew are honest hardworking people who actually care about people and getting laundry done right.”

“One thing I can say about Alligator Laundry is that are far the best this side of heaven. Their Customer Service is by far the best. The Owners and staff are awesome. I’m disabled and every time that I’ve washed there management and staff made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. Management is loving kind and helpful. I never felt helpless at Alligator Laundry. They’re fast friendly caring and kind, I highly appreciate them. Happy New Year!”

“Next to a Donut Place and behind 7 11 CC is easy to find. Karen changed my 20 dollar bill to 5 dollar bills. Large washers are 75 cents off on Thursdays from noon to 2pm. Toilet is super clean and ask Karen to unlock it for you.”
“Nice people and the machines worked . No restroom or plugins for the phone. If someone reading this is contemplating opening a laundry mat, Offer WiFi, a place to plug in your phone and a working clean bathroom. Please.”

“Maria is a great attendant, always ready to help and easy to talk to. She maintains the washers and dryers keeping them clean for the next customers. That’s very appreciative.”
“The owner / worker is very kind. The machines wash and dry exceptionally well. The customer service is stellar. My favorite laundromat ever!
The only downside is the increase of vagabonds / meth addicts. On Memorial Day 2024, a vagabond broke through the door that leads to the back area of the vending machines (Management should check their cameras). Then, that same vagabond / meth addict went outside and was harassing a customer by "looking for the key to the car" underneath the customer's vehicle. The guy had catalytic converter thief written all over him. I am all for rehabilitation and helping society but that individual is clearly not ready to let go of his lifestyle.
I wish more law enforcement would drive around in the area.”
“So…I walked in today about 2min before closing. I left my 85-year old father in the car b/c he was close enough for me to keep an eye on him.
When I entered the cleaners, there was a customer yelling at one of the older adults behind the counter (he may not have meant to come across as hostile, to be fair). It was pretty intimidating, and everyone seemed a bit uncomfortable as it continued for about 10min. I finally had to speak up since the cleaners was technically closed by then, and I think he was too upset to notice the impact to all parties present.
I am including this as a review because I want to commend the kind, calmness of the two older adults behind the counter at the time. I don’t know if they were specifically responsible for the problem.
What I can say is, the lady behind the counter Never Once raised her voice at the customer. Her tone remained calm and gentle. Even the customer was honest in acknowledging that she took the time to hear out his concern.
After things eased, rather than turning us away, the staff member took the orders of the remaining people waiting, given the unusual circumstances. It never affected her ability to keep trying her best for her customers.
So, I just want to say that, after multiple generations of my family using this cleaners, getting good service, troubleshooting concerns, etc., I am so grateful that the staff is consistently kind in how they approach us and they allow us to communicate what we need to say. I don’t know which staff members do which jobs but, I have experienced kindness from each person that helps us.
My dad and I both appreciate how many times they have helped us get last minute items cleaned for things like funerals and important events. He said he was trying to get out of the car to make sure everyone was safe because he heard the ordeal way out in the parking lot.
I know people are human and sometimes things don’t happen the way someone believes they should. I just glad that, no matter what, we can depend on the staff at Jewell to treat us like human beings, no matter the situation or concern.”

“I came to wash and I used a washer that was a water saver type of washer. So I didn't get the suds n water that I would have liked. The employee offered to refund me. I told her it was not necessary but she understood. She also observed that the wash was not sudsing n water was low so she refunded my $4. That's first for me at a public laundry facility. Great customer service. Plus facility is always clean.”
“Hey World.....about 2 was ago...I went to Courtesy Cleaners on Compton Blvd in Compton, Ca and dropped off my choir robes to be cleaned for $10.25 each. After I picked up the robes...I did not check the robes. When I got home I noticed the black and cream colored robes had faded on the cream color. I took them back the next day with my ticket (I had already taken a pic of the robes before going in which I usually do with al.ost everything that I leave anywhere) and, I explained what I saw w/o mentioning the pics. Nevertheless, I had no problems at all. They explained how certain colors can bleed onto others. But, they politely and suddenly offered to release the robes again without any charge and the young gentleman kept apologizing. No problem on my end. I loved the professional service he offered and the customer service at such an ease. I was so happy. Great place!”
“My wife fractured her ankle and was not able to keep up with the house cleaning, so we contacted Maid It Neat Cleaning and they did a wonderful job. The house was quite dirty but they went above and beyond and left our home very nice and clean. We are going to have them come every 3 weeks in order to keep up with the house cleaning. “I am definitely coming back here. I called to see the price to get me wedding dress cleaned. We got married 11 months ago and park of the wedding was in a parking lot so the bottom of the satin dress was grey and dingy. They told me the wedding dress price was 90 and with the high ratings I was sold. They charge a lot less than the people I live by so I drove 3 miles to go here instead of right around the corner which would have been $250.00. I dropped off my wedding dress and a emerald green satin ballgown. They were very kind and even stitched back together a peice of the dress that ripped. They asked for 2 weeks to try to get as much of the stain out as possible and I said go for it. I really didn't expect to get that beautiful off white back in my dress. Low and behold, they worked miracles. My dress is absolutely gorgeous again and I love what care they put into bringing it back to life. The ballgown cleaning cost was reasonable as well. If I ever need dry cleaning again I will only come here :).”
“I use this place mainly for alterations and have always been very satisfied with their work. The quality is excellent, and the pricing is reasonable; $12 for hemming and $18 for tapering on pants. They also accept credit cards with a small $0.25 fee. Overall, great service, fair prices, and reliable results. I definitely recommend this place!”

“Regular and large washing machines here made it convenient for our large and smaller loads. I took quarters today but found that I can use an app next time. Staff was helpful and courteous. For the dryers, there are 3 options for heat which is nice. Towels can use the highest heat for less time, meaning less coins needed. Overall good experience. Will be coming back.”
“I am here right now, i have been looking for a good laundry mat. This one is a good chose, they don’t have the big washer the biggest one is 4 loads. And no bathroom. The driers stop for 30 sec and rotate the other way ?. The middle of the mat is washer and along the two walls driers they look new, washer are mix of old and new. ????, parking on both sides of the property I suggest you enter off the main road but has entrence from the alley too.”
