“I had a large unfortunate obvious blood stain on a dress. I had been explained by the owner it was a 50/50 chance with the material. I appreciated the honestly, and prepaid to try. I just got it back and it is completely gone!
It's been hot and i don't like leaving my dog in the car. They had no problem with me picking up/dropping off with my pup. Will be back!”

It was really busy and a few dryers were open, but they were only accepting quarters at the time. I was about to walk out with my wet clothes. When the older lady that worked their asked if I needed help, I told her the situation and she was able to get me some quarters so I can finish drying my clothes.
And even for how busy it was, the place looked really clean and neat.I will definitely be returning to this location”

“I have been using No Poop Stains' services since I think 2014! I stumbled upon them after a stressful time trying to do laundry at my apartment complex with a little baby in a carrier. I actually work at the complex, so I know the machine are clean and they are available 24/7, but I also know that time is valuable and I didn't want to spend my days off always doing laundry in the rooms and being stuck at home. I decided that the time I would spend on laundry back and forth was time I didn't want to lose, so I did the math and paying No Poop Stains to do my wash was worth it. Don't get me wrong, if I had washer/dryer in my place, I would do it myself, but I don't.
I love that my clothes are picked up at my door, whisked away, weighted and then washed. They come back to me the next day, washed, folded and separated into my daughters clothes, mine, my husbands and even the homeless socks that get switched out each week at put together. The service is great! There is an app now to easily maneuver automatic reoccurring pick ups and payments! No hidden fees, just great service and friendly text reminders as well!”

“Next to a Donut Place and behind 7 11 CC is easy to find. Karen changed my 20 dollar bill to 5 dollar bills. Large washers are 75 cents off on Thursdays from noon to 2pm. Toilet is super clean and ask Karen to unlock it for you.”

“The owner / worker is very kind. The machines wash and dry exceptionally well. The customer service is stellar. My favorite laundromat ever!
The only downside is the increase of vagabonds / meth addicts. On Memorial Day 2024, a vagabond broke through the door that leads to the back area of the vending machines (Management should check their cameras). Then, that same vagabond / meth addict went outside and was harassing a customer by "looking for the key to the car" underneath the customer's vehicle. The guy had catalytic converter thief written all over him. I am all for rehabilitation and helping society but that individual is clearly not ready to let go of his lifestyle.
I wish more law enforcement would drive around in the area.”

“So…I walked in today about 2min before closing. I left my 85-year old father in the car b/c he was close enough for me to keep an eye on him.
When I entered the cleaners, there was a customer yelling at one of the older adults behind the counter (he may not have meant to come across as hostile, to be fair). It was pretty intimidating, and everyone seemed a bit uncomfortable as it continued for about 10min. I finally had to speak up since the cleaners was technically closed by then, and I think he was too upset to notice the impact to all parties present.
I am including this as a review because I want to commend the kind, calmness of the two older adults behind the counter at the time. I don’t know if they were specifically responsible for the problem.
What I can say is, the lady behind the counter Never Once raised her voice at the customer. Her tone remained calm and gentle. Even the customer was honest in acknowledging that she took the time to hear out his concern.
After things eased, rather than turning us away, the staff member took the orders of the remaining people waiting, given the unusual circumstances. It never affected her ability to keep trying her best for her customers.
So, I just want to say that, after multiple generations of my family using this cleaners, getting good service, troubleshooting concerns, etc., I am so grateful that the staff is consistently kind in how they approach us and they allow us to communicate what we need to say. I don’t know which staff members do which jobs but, I have experienced kindness from each person that helps us.
My dad and I both appreciate how many times they have helped us get last minute items cleaned for things like funerals and important events. He said he was trying to get out of the car to make sure everyone was safe because he heard the ordeal way out in the parking lot.
I know people are human and sometimes things don’t happen the way someone believes they should. I just glad that, no matter what, we can depend on the staff at Jewell to treat us like human beings, no matter the situation or concern.”

“I came to wash and I used a washer that was a water saver type of washer. So I didn't get the suds n water that I would have liked. The employee offered to refund me. I told her it was not necessary but she understood. She also observed that the wash was not sudsing n water was low so she refunded my $4. That's first for me at a public laundry facility. Great customer service. Plus facility is always clean.”
“Sandy is exceptional at her job. She has made my visits to the laundromat safe and helpful by keeping the place clean, accommodating my needs, and always having a smile on her face. I notice the way she handles customers, solves problems, and maintains a positive attitude, and believe me, some of these customers are difficult. Sandy makes the whole laundromat experience pleasant.”

“I am definitely coming back here. I called to see the price to get me wedding dress cleaned. We got married 11 months ago and park of the wedding was in a parking lot so the bottom of the satin dress was grey and dingy. They told me the wedding dress price was 90 and with the high ratings I was sold. They charge a lot less than the people I live by so I drove 3 miles to go here instead of right around the corner which would have been $250.00. I dropped off my wedding dress and a emerald green satin ballgown. They were very kind and even stitched back together a peice of the dress that ripped. They asked for 2 weeks to try to get as much of the stain out as possible and I said go for it. I really didn't expect to get that beautiful off white back in my dress. Low and behold, they worked miracles. My dress is absolutely gorgeous again and I love what care they put into bringing it back to life. The ballgown cleaning cost was reasonable as well. If I ever need dry cleaning again I will only come here :).”

“I am here right now, i have been looking for a good laundry mat. This one is a good chose, they don’t have the big washer the biggest one is 4 loads. And no bathroom. The driers stop for 30 sec and rotate the other way ?. The middle of the mat is washer and along the two walls driers they look new, washer are mix of old and new. ????, parking on both sides of the property I suggest you enter off the main road but has entrence from the alley too.”

“Regular and large washing machines here made it convenient for our large and smaller loads. I took quarters today but found that I can use an app next time. Staff was helpful and courteous. For the dryers, there are 3 options for heat which is nice. Towels can use the highest heat for less time, meaning less coins needed. Overall good experience. Will be coming back.”
