“I can't recommend Grand Prix Tire highly enough!
I had a 9:30 AM appointment to replace all four of my tires on a Saturday. I had somewhere I absolutely needed to be by 11:30 AM, and I also needed my car for Sunday. I didn't realize they closed at 2 PM on Saturdays and weren't open on Sundays. Honestly, I expected it to be like most tire shops where you're waiting around for hours.
Instead, Ronnie went above and beyond. He listened to my situation, reassured me they'd do everything they could, and told me to come back by 11:00 AM. To my surprise, they actually called me well before 11 to let me know my car was already finished!
When I arrived, Ronnie was helping another customer, but another gentleman greeted me immediately with a friendly attitude and had me checked out in less than five minutes. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

My old tire basically got ripped apart over night and I was lucky enough to find this wonderful place.
The staff is kind, fast, and extremely helpful. I was in and out of there w/ a better tire within 15 min.
The building is cool, spacious and they have very comfortable seating options.

Unfortunately during my drive down I could tell something was wrong and my car was getting no power (despite having it checked before I left). I spoke with Jason at Glenn's and they were able to get my car in immediately when I got into town. The diagnostic was completed before the end of business that day and my car needed a new catalytic converter. I had my estimate the following morning, and my car back the day after that. I really appreciate them accommodating my time constraint as I only had 3 days before I had to start driving back to Washington. The drive back was wonderful and the car ran great!!!”
