They close whenever they want to. Almost every employee is insanely rude when all they do is scan packages in the AC yet they always have an attitude. I waited a couple of minutes before I said hello and immediately some girl comes out from behind the counter like if she was just on her phone not doing her job. Only reason I put 2 stars is cause some employees are actually helpful but it’s rare and every time I go it seems there’s someone new. USPS get it together we don’t pay 10% city tax and 30% income tax for this horrible service.

For some reason my packages are always delayed by almost 3 weeks???? They also dont freaking scan the damn packages in.

dropped off 2 packages at the same time and only one was updated and delivered. Second has not been shipped or updated. this is the second time my package goes missing when i dropped it off.

The more people report these facilities for negligence, the more they'll be annoyed enough to investigate these facilities, hopefully beridding them of the insufferable incompetent workers that seem to flood half the locations across the US.

Google says it’s open until one and it opens at two, it’s 12:00pm right now and it’s closed. If there is a schedule change it needs to be updated.

Had to have been the absolute smallest Post office I have ever seen but the Customer Service and treatment are 100%

If they open at 9 a.m now, they should let the public know. Change the hours on here and on the door. It used to open at 8:30 a.m but about 2-3 months ago the clerk was changed. He gets here passed 8:40 a.m. You have people waiting outside.

The office is never open when it’s suppose to be. Seems like they’re always on break.Also the lady at the window is rude as hell especially to people that don't understand english. The office should have someone who is bilingual since this city mostly consist of Hispanics

The service is good but sometimes it takes long an i think they need to hire someone that speaks Spanish and English. This city is mainly hispanic.

Horrible service. I ship out a lot of packages since I am a seller on Depop. I set my settings so that I can get a QR code that has the shipping information automatically. With this, your cost of shipping is automatically removed from what u take home along with taxes. Anyways, I’ve always done this, but today i went to ship out packages and the old man told me he didn’t know how to do something with the QR code, and then charged me for shipping the first few packages I had. I asked why as I already paid for this online so I basically got absolutely no money since I had to pay again. Don’t come here, spend ur time driving to a different post office.
