“I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Sam at California Smoker Zone on Melrose, and I cannot recommend her
highly enough! From the moment I walked in feeling completely overwhelmed about finding the perfect gift for my mom, Sam greeted me with genuine warmth and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my mom's preferences and lifestyle rather than just pushing products, which made all the difference in finding something truly special.
What really set Sam apart was his incredible product knowledge and patience. She walked me through various options, explaining the differences between pieces with such expertise that I felt confident in my choice by the end. He wasn't rushing me or making me feel pressured—instead, he created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where I could actually enjoy the shopping experience. His recommendations were spot-on, and he even suggested a beautiful accessory that paired perfectly with my main gift choice.
Thanks to Sam, I left California Smoker Zone with a gift I know my mom will absolutely love, and the whole experience was genuinely enjoyable rather than stressful. If you're looking for exceptional customer service from someone who truly cares about helping you find the right fit, make sure to ask for Sam. He's a rare find in retail these days, and that shop is lucky to have him representing them on Melrose!”
“We've been buying pop top bottles from Biohazard Inc. for a while now, and they've been great to work with. Leslie in customer service is fantastic: she's always available, always gets back to us quickly, and makes ordering easy. Deliveries show up on time, every time. Reliable products, responsive people, and no headaches. Highly recommend.”

“Andy's the man when it comes to vaping needs! I've been to many spots that don't quite always have what I need let alone the flavor of juice I'm looking for. Not here, you'll find exactly what you're looking for! The selection of disposables beats anywhere I've been and not to mention you don't have to leave wondering if what you bought is real. Cheapest prices in coil packs as well, he'll even help you find the perfect coil for you needs. Thanks again!”
“Renee is the best. She helped me pick up my Dr Dabber Switch 2. Set me up with all the essentials and great customer service. Can't wait to come get my next piece from here!”
“Use to come to this smoke shop all the time a few years back. I really loved the atmosphere and the workers here have always been very friendly. I'm just a little disappointed as I came by a a few months ago and despite Google saying it was open, the door was chained up. I had to go to another one nearby. I'm not sure if that's still the case but I'm not holding that against them as I know they moved location since I've been to the old one. Overall, very lovely place and I hope their new location has the same atmosphere as the old one did.”
“Best vape store ever and always in-stock of fogger vapes. Huge assortment of flavors. Great prices.Never counterfeit. Always welcomed with a smile. Genuinely happy to see their customers. Remembered my order after only 2 visits. Highly recommended. If you vape or smoke at all and your not shopping here, I'd be asking yourself why, and make the change.”

“I go here because I used to live here when I was in boarding care. And I go here all the time even though that I live far away now.(currently living in Compton)I go here all the time because they have abunch of smoking accesories as well as good prices on cigarettes.I've bought smoking tools like poke sticks as well as glass(narcotic pipes.), SHOW cigarillos, Kamel cigarettes and snacks.I highly reccomend you get the drink Faygo Cola. It's refreshing. They seem to only have it here because I don't see that soda very often. They sell BIC lighters for $2 which is great because where I live they sell it for 2.75 instead. There's often two cashier. They are overall nice.I highly reccomend this shop because they have a wide selection of smoking accesories such as tools, torches, hookah stuff and nearly anything to do with smoking that you can think of.”

“Awesome cashier, super friendly and helpful. She even wrote down information that I might need, because moments before entering the store I broke my glasses and I was having a hard time focus my eye sight.”
