The absolute worst service, awful customer service. Grossly understaffed to be in such a populated neighborhood. There is nothing good to say about this location.

Let's start with the BOA Culver Center Financial Center, under the manager TONANTZIN ALVAREZ. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and mismanaged. The worst manager I have seen in my life. I have cashed many governmental lottery tickets at this branch and other BOA locations. After waiting a long time, the BOA manager (TONANTZIN ALVAREZ) needed much time to recognize a valid governmental check. I tried to explain the situation, this is a governmental check, and I cashed this check in this branch. She did not listen. She did not even try to understand what was happening with the situation. We, as customers, were there to help her with her work. That would be great if the vice president of this branch hired a manager with better communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.

I typically love this location as it is the only location that is open on Saturday's past 1PM in this Post-COVID era we now live in. I showed up at this afternoon and was told that I wasn't able to do my banking today because ALL 3 TELLERS CALLED OUT SICK. This is a clear example of how nobody wants to get up and go to work anymore. Really disappointing.

Worst customer service. Dede the teller was so rude and unprofessional. Hope they can make better training for their staff.

Bank of America are criminals who allowed criminals to hack into our account and gave away money the criminal stated we overpaid. They were issued and automatic credit which they withdrew immediately and bought gift cards for a dept store, American Express gift cards and out of state mobile checks. The bak staff has little to no information to help assist tracing these checks or gift cards nor after two months of regular calls on a weekly basis. They denied us twice meanwhile the criminals continue withdrawing. We are several thousand dollars negative on the account and behind in all our bills. They are giving us asinine excuses like because we shopped at these stores in the past two years it does not look false or stolen. They have been no assistance whatsoever and are taking drastic measures to be compensated not only for the money stolen but also for the emotional duress this has put our family under and our utilities and rent are behind now. This bank is CRIMINAL and should be exposed and closed. Blaming us for our account being hacked into, shame on such an institution. And they will rue the day they tried to steal from me, I am gathering many other unhappy bankers and planning a class action suit against their incompetence and negligence in caring for one of their prime bankers.

GO HERE!! have been a BOA customer for 10+ years and recommend this location! The employees are friendly and helpful. I have been to other local BOA locations that have not matched the professionalism and customers service like this one. Eda has helped me numerous times and always has a smile on her face.

Sadly still with this PoS organization. This particular branch must be where the bottom of the barrel goes to work. Their managers very seldom have much in the way of customer service skills. Clearly they fail to pass even the simplest of logic tests. The other workers are typically just as bad. I understand they have old machines but they(workers)tend to be slow and/or argumentative. They are typically more concerned about being able to close 10 to 15 minutes early than trying to clear out their lobby. So tell me BoA, why are your worker standards so low? You charge enough to screw over customers, why not pay enough to hire a decent workforce for this branch?

Never enough employees. Longest lines ever. Always. I'm going to Chase.6 other employees in there offices, one of them is off in space, on there phones, alone, putting in OT, raising payroll. While they have 1 teller for a 15 person line.

Please open back up completely to serve your customers. The line for teller assistance is out the door and hard working people are being turned away who are trying to open bank accounts. It is very hard to locate services for elderly who prefer in-person help and for their working children to help them on a Saturday.

I've been to this location multiple times now, since the DT Culver City location closed. It never fails that there is a ridiculous line at this location. For some reason they always only have one teller, but then have 3-4 associates sitting in their office. I get with the pandemic that there is a need for social-distancing, but at some point you have to get more help.

Wow. This BoA really sets a LOW bar for customer service. I've been to a few BoAs in my life, and have never seen service this slow EVER. Honestly feels like they are intentionally going as slow as possible. I'm talking like 5-10 minutes per customer. Advice: wear some comfortable shoes to stand in.

Looking forward to the new look after the remodel, but no there was preferred business account line during my 12:30pm visit on Sat. Feb. 11th 2017, and I was shamed in front of everyone else for even having the guff to step up to that window in the first place. "There's just one line, sir".
