Truly a horrible bank. I've had enough issues with BoA in other locations but having not enough staff to make lines long and it's falling apart. You'd think one of the most common banks in the country would be able to support the staff to help with enough people but it's an atrocious experience. Find a credit Union that has AC and a manager that isn't rude and dismissive.

The Manager was SO helpful while the bank /account services individuals seemed judgemental and were rude. They looked me up, then down and decided I wasn't worth helping The Manager however went above and beyond, helping me completely resolve an issue even after the bank was closed!

I am out of the country and sent an account closure notice via mail to this address. No reaction. Cannot reach anyone via phone. Waited for 15 min and oversea calls are expensive. They do not have any email correspondence. Support is not there strength...

One teller almost all the time while they have two-three walking behind them

Only one teller on duty...had to stand in line for 30 mins then wait for another half hour just to close an account. Their online app is horrible and doesn't even allow you to add an external account to pay a credit card or loan if you have a checking account with them. This business runs like it's still 1989

One single bank teller working on a Friday afternoon. That’s all I need to say.

Let's start with the BOA Culver Center Financial Center, under the manager TONANTZIN ALVAREZ.Unfriendly, unhelpful, and mismanaged. The worst manager I have seen in my life. I have cashed many governmental lottery tickets at this branch and other BOA locations. After waiting a long time, the BOA manager (TONANTZIN ALVAREZ) needed much time to recognize a valid governmental check. I tried to explain the situation, this is a governmental check, and I cashed this check in this branch. She did not listen. She did not even try to understand what was happening with the situation. We, as customers, were there to help her with her work. That would be great if the vice president of this branch hired a manager with better communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.

Avoid at all costs. Never more than one teller. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes or more

I typically love this location as it is the only location that is open on Saturday's past 1PM in this Post-COVID era we now live in. I showed up at this afternoon and was told that I wasn't able to do my banking today because ALL 3 TELLERS CALLED OUT SICK. This is a clear example of how nobody wants to get up and go to work anymore. Really disappointing.

I have been to this branch 5-10 times because unfortunately it is by far the closest and most convenient for me. It is almost always a 20-30 minute wait even for something simple like getting quarters, which they are often out of. The place is clean and they are polite enough.

No quartersSomething as simple as quarters for laundry machines are very hard to get at this branchI am client for over 30 years, have 3 credit cards and a high credit rating with this bank. Yet I can’t get this simple request resolved. Bank of America is one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S. Must have plenty of bargain power to get what they need.
