If I could go zero stars I would. I never give bad reviews. I went here to buy a new laptop, it took me all of ten minutes to pick a yoga two and one for 700$. I paid cash, girl asked me to verify my info and address, which o did. Three times, everything g was correct. They had to ship to my house from another store because they didn't have it in stock. Ended up not coming because somehow the girl messed up my address, it was correct when I left, not sure it happened. Called to see how I could get my refund, seeing as I paid cash, want cash back, never touch the device cause it wasn't delivered, what a headache, clueless, just horrendous service, nobody has a clue, yes this yes that, contradicting themselves every question I asked, just hard to fathom how miserable and frustrating it is talking to these people, it's not rocket science, you were trained, just answer a simple question? If you don't know say that, or go find the right answer. It's just sad. Would never recommend walking in that store

I don't normally shop at Best Buy but I needed new massager badly. Yes I read the mountain of shit reviews this location has before going there, but I noticed the majority of the worst reviews pertained to online purchases and the tech help surrounding those purchases or their installations. I thought surely going in to make a simple purchase couldn't be too much of a hassle right? Wrong. First off for the overwhelming amount of employees doing absolutely nothing but talk on their phones or shoot the shit with each other, not ONE SINGLE PERSON was helpful. Not only were they not helpful, but they were condescending, arrogant, and just all around unfriendly. I went in to buy a brand new Hyperice Hypervolt 2 Pro (an over $300 purchase) I was almost sure it was the one l wanted, but it was because I wanted to physically try out the differences between the "pro" and the "go" that I chose to go into the store instead of just buy it off of Amazon. So to start off I ask one of the guys where to find the massagers and instead of show me where they are he points across the room and goes "they are right there in the front behind the scooters" as if I'm the asshole for missing them. So I go over to the massagers and in BIG BOLD LETTERS right in front of the display it says "FOR DEMO ASK SOMEONE IN BLUE!" There is nobody around of course cuz they are all in little clumps fucking around with each other so I go over to one of them and ask about the demo and he goes "oh no none of them work" referring to the theraguns that are in fact on display to test but not ONE of them is charged or works. I politely say "no I'm talking about the hypervolt. It says to ask one of you if I want a demo" and he walks over and reads the sign and just goes "no. We don't have them to try out" so I ask "then why does it say that? Maybe you should take that sign down" and he says "it's not my job to do that but yeah... we don't have any to try or show you." To Which I respond, " but you have them in boxes and are willing to sell them to me. So you can't use ONE that you can let people try which is the whole point of going into a store to make an expensive purchase like this?" He just goes "nope." So I said "well now I see why you guys have such garbage reviews. I came here with 500 bucks in cash ready to buy one these things, but if you can't even let me see one, then there is no point I will just buy it cheaper on Amazon. Their return policy is better than yours too" and I left and bought it on Amazon right there from their parking lot. Just WOW. What a ridiculously terrible customer service experience. That was the first time I've shopped at a Best Buy in YEARS and will probably be the last time I shop at one EVER.

Do not do store pickup here, the security guard from Allied will assault you without cause for fun. Tased customers and then followed them in the parking to strike them multiple times when they had a receipt because the person threatened to have them arrested for assault.

I had called in advance looking for particular phone to see if they had it in stock. The guy that answered the phone send me a link so that when I came in, I could have it held for me when I came in, went to the cell phone section and explained to the person what I was here to do and about the link he sent me to the cashier, so I waited about 10 minutes in line when I got to the cashier, she didn't seem real receptive on trying to help me locate. This kept giving me excuses on why I needed to go back where I just came from and ask them. so I asked to speak to the manager. Who took about another 10 minutes to get up to the front of the store and help me. He didn't seem very receptive. Either on helping me get this phone. It seems like a slam dunk when I walked through the door. He told me to go back to the cellular phone section and have them help me. By that point I was feeling kicked around. So I went up to the one person who I've seen the last three times I've been in here and knew exactly what I was talking about and said that he would handle it at his station. He giggled and said that he didn't understand why they couldn't just ring it up at the cashier?. It sure seems like everybody was pointing their fingers here. But the One guy was also the one that's helped me out every time I've come in the last few times. He did it again. He handled it took care of it and I was out the door, within five minutes of dealing with him. If I ever do need something again, I know who to go ask, it sure won't be the manager or the cashier. this is not the first time that I've had bad customer service at this location. If it wasn't for that good pricing at Best Buy, and the fact that they had this exact phone in stock, I probably wouldn't of walked through the door.

Visiting this Best Buy reminded me why I almost always order online. The appeal of a brick and mortar is that you can physically see a product and presumably ask employees questions about said product, but this store has dismissive employees that act like it isn't their job to help customers locate products or answer basic questions about them.

The customer service here was extremely unsatisfactory. I was trying to get accessories for my iPhone 13 and I'm not particularly computer literate. The salesperson that finally helped me didn't really answer my questions and kind of talked down to me.
