I'm writing about my daughters experience at Best Buy in Fox Hills on April 13th at 12pm. Upon exiting the store, the security guard stationed at the front door accused my daughter of attempting to steal an item by placing it in my bag. However, this accusation was false, and after further investigation, it was evident that the security guard lied. He subsequently apologized for his false accusation. There were three large security men waiting, but it was unclear for what purpose. Their presence made my daughter feel victimized. Adding insult to injury, they laughed during the incident, compounding the distress caused. This lack of professionalism further soured our experience and left us feeling deeply disappointed in the store's security team.

Can't believe how idiotic the people are who work here. So rude and UNHELPFUL. There was a guy and a girl with blue eyeliner working the check out counter on March 30 and they both told me an item wasn't available that showed online as available in store for pick up within an hour. Bullshit. They didn't even really try to look the item up they just "knew" they hadn't had the item in stock for "months". I showed them it said in stock and they said no that's wrong it's not. Again, didn't look it up or look for the product. I went back to my car, ordered it and MAGICALLY it "arrived" at the store in minutes and I was able to pick it up less than 10 minutes after I ordered it. I almost had my first Karen moment and almost said some pretty nasty things to these people but held it in and asked for a manager instead so the behavior could be corrected and they could be taught how to look products up in the future rather than just being mean to them because I was upset. And the manager couldn't be bothered for over 15 minutes (hence why I'm telling the story here - hopefully someone important sees this ) Pretty sure he was avoiding me because this place could give a shit about their customers and based on their other reviews don't care about customer service. Honestly, this store should just be shut down. I would have rather waited for shipping than to waste my time in this store. I will say, the security lady was super nice and should be protected at all costs

Absolute great service. After a horrible experience at another location I swung by here to buy some earphones for work and I wasn't sure what to get. A very nice girl with short hair (ashley, amber? I'm horrible to remember names but I swear it started with an A) talked me through the pros and cons and helped me pick out a great pair. Wasn't even the most expensive option and I've never owned better headphones

People who work with people need to open their mouths and COMMUNICATE.This store has a bunch of kids that act like they are scared of humans. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I just don't understand how Best Buy hires people who don't like people. The BEST employee in this place is the black guy who works in appliances. He should do the training class for ALL ON BOARDING employees. He's a natural. I'm sure Best Buy would make more $ if they changed their staff. Especially that Shipt crew, they suck. They hate their jobs.

They have the worst customer service, and would not recommend them for anything when it comes to getting any products here. I bought something a few weeks back, I guess they hide behind their 14 day policy now. It's really dumb. They should have return for 30-90 days like most stores. Very irritated over it. The management wasn't helpful either

They had a wide selection of computers brands like Windows, HP, Dell, Chromebooks, all up to date with the newest computer programs. They had great deals. The young man attending us had lots of knowledge on each product and answered all our questions

Best Buy continues to have a wide selection of the latest tech, entertainment products and household appliances at very competitive prices. Clean, orderly stores and a helpful knowledgeable staff.Since the pandemic, Best Buy still has some "in store / in stock" supply issues and the staff seems to be thin at times covering multiple departments at once, leading to customers having to wait quite a few minutes for assistance. Not always, but something that corporate management should be aware of.Overall, I still give Best Buy high marks for products, customer care, deals and service.

Purchased a cell phone online and needed to pick up from BB same day. Went first time, didn't know anything about order. Soon as I got home i received an email that my order was ready. Went right back to BB, and AGAIN I was told they didn't know anything about my order. I asked to speak with Customer Care and miraculously, my order was sitting right on the shelf!!!
