Came in this evening and the young cashier with the bright pink hair had such a bad attitude. She never greeted anyone , threw peoples clothes in the bags . When I spoke said never said anything . She started helping the people behind me and hadn't finished up with me . I said thank you once, twice and the third time I said Thank you loud and she just looked at me . It's so unfortunate how unprofessional and rude the people you hire . It's clear she does not like her job . There are so many people that would love to have a job!

This is very seriously the worst target. It is the closest to where I live, and even though I know better, I keep going here thinking that driving farther away is too much of a hassle. It is not. Nothing is ever in stock- there are three other locations nearby and this one never has the inventory despite being in the most suburban area. There are three city targets nearby that I'd rather go, that's how bizarre this inventory is. If you can stand the traffic- go to the big Target on La Cienega and Obama. Or even the one at the Westfield Mall. I had to make so many alternative choices today that at 9 months pregnant, I literally put everything back and left, knowing that I have to figure something else out. Don't go.

Greg in customer service is AMAZING!! I visited the store on Sunday Jan.28th to grab a couple things and upon entering, I noticed that the store is currently being remodeled. I couldn't stop thinking about how I was going to start going to the target down the street simply to avoid the hassle of trying to figure out where everything was during their renovation. However, since I was already at this location I figured mine as well get what I came for. As I'm about to check out I see that they have some makeup on sale, so I grabbed some because how expensive is makeup? Anyways, I go to pay and the price bar was broke on the register so I didn't see the price due and the cashier was talking kind of low so I just inserted my card and didn't think much of it. After I got home I started looking at the receipt, excited to learn how much I saved. To my surprise, I was charged full price for EVERYTHING. Normally I wouldn't mind, but because I thought the makeup I grabbed was on sale, I was a little adventurous with the things I grabbed. I contemplated the decision all day and eventually I went back to the store to return my unnecessary purchases because I honestly couldn't justify wasting almost $300 on makeup I didn't necessarily need at the moment. When I went back to the store, I decided to double check the makeup prices before going to customer service just to make sure. Turns out the makeup I grab was in fact, on sale, but the prices weren't scanning correctly. I took pictures to show the employee. When I finally made it to customer service I was greeted by Greg with a positive attitude, great smile and super great energy. I explained to him my dilemma and showed him the pictures I took. He apologized for the inconvenience of the situation and explained how he would price match my products to the correct price AND give me my differences back on a target card. This idea made me extremely happy because normally I dread dealing with situations like this but I was relieved and almost ecstatic to find out that I was able to get my makeup for the prices advertised annnnd I have a reason to go back to target. Greg was so positive, friendly, bubbly and smiling the entire time. I felt like he was so understanding and present. He treated me like an individual and not just another annoying customer. Greg made my target experience such a delight! I'm going to keep going to this location despite the renovation, not because of the price adjustment, but simply because of Greg's ability to demonstrate outstanding and over the top customer service. He really made my day! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Coming to Marina del Rey from Pasadena, I was very disappointed that there are no freestanding Target stores unless you go to Culver City. The Westfield Mall store is so complicated to find, because it's on the second floor above Best Buy. Parking is underground but the signage is horrible. Once you get there, the store isn't particularly well-stocked. Not worth all the time it takes to park, etc. Very disappointing.

I decide to pass to Starbucks, I bought a venti Americao with half and half, in which they forgot to put the half and half then they they give to me on the side in which the the cup is super dirty .

Third time coming here since I was in the area and after Panera Bread I needed a little bit of shopping. The place got a huge space just not much to buy since my last visit, all the shelves were empty, this time I got back they filled up the isles still didn't mean I could find anything there, at least they open early at 7AM special holidays hours so you can come in and explore

Everyone be aware DONOT BUY GIFT CARD FOR ANY OCCASION. If you purchase be aware that Target will not help if your loved ones inquire about cards not having the said funds. Customer service on the card will send you a replacement but you have to get on the phone for four hours and then you must email the company Amex to replace it and wait 3-5 weeks After you receive the replacement those cards may work for a purchase but any balance left on the card will be lost because the card doesn't work again. Called again but they said there are funds but no merchant will honor Save the headache give cash or check when giving cash for xmas. You have been warned My mom gave me $200 as a birthday gift but I got a terrible experience

Worst Target ever. To shop inside the closest parking space is 75 yards away. My receipt for today's purchase was illegible and it took the store 15 minutes to print a receipt on a full size sheet of paper. Go to Costco instead. Much lower prices and much better customer service. Target has lost whatever respect I had for it.

This is my favorite target. Always well stocked, clean, and great customer service. I had an odd situation that was handled so professionally. I placed a large pick up order, over 50 items of food, (we were making a food donation to our local church). When I arrived at the location I checked in on the app and the app stated someone would be coming out with my order. However, at the same time I got an email that my order was cancelled. My husband went inside to customer service while I waited in the car in case my order came out. The employees at customer service couldn't understand what happened and determined it had to be a glitch. They were so apologetic and immediately worked correcting the order. One of the employees had to rescan every single item so we could purchase the items again since the prior order was refunded. This young man was so kind, so patient, so professional, and very apologetic. I felt so terrible because it was such a large order but he was more than happy to help. Everyone at the customer service counter was amazing especially the young man who assisted us. I can't thank him enough.

First, Michelle at customer service was great! Now for the reason for 3 stars: there are never enough employees! You have to go hunting in that giant store to find someone, and this isn't the first time. I experience this every time I go. Prices are decent, but I wouldn't say they are low. They are usually sold out of sizes except extra small and small, and you would think over the years they would catch on, but nope.

I was just in the store and bought $300 dollars worth of items about accidentally left one at the counter. I am trying to call the store to see if someone found my item I already paid for, but no one is answering the phone. I have called over 10 times and let it ring ON EVERY DEPARTMENT AND NO ONE IS ANSWER

Thank you to the friendly associate (whom I believe is named Tiana) for going above and beyond tonight to help us find our bookshelf! We drove around trying to find it but had no luck. This was our last store and even though the store was about to close you still happily checked and found it!

this store's staff very bad, one guy collecting shopping carts hit the rear of my car sounded very loud, I got out my car, the guy laughing out said to me nothing damaged, then try walking away even without any apologies word. So, I asked him "you didn't check how you knew not damaged, and you even say any word similar with sorry", he answered no damaged, no say sorry! What heck. I asked him talk to the manager, he said he don't have manager still with very bad laughing with his coworker, the door watcher, a employee lady, she called up the manager under my requesting although she also is with bad laughing, the manager coming up is another bad laugher, he tried make incident report with hints i am a lier, what f****** heck store it is? I felt myself so stupit, seems was abandoned to the hell..., Don't go to the store, it's really something wrong with them....!
