at the store where I shopped today (I can send the invoice if you want). We were given a Doordash discount card. The code on the card is said to be invalid, but it has an expiration date and is really valid. If you're going to give a used code, why do you put it in the bag?

I like to buy all my grandchildren's clothes from there and my nieces and nephews as well...!!!
They're closed last where the children can hand them down to the next and they are good quality.
Lastly they look good...!!!

Athena was so helpful and welcoming when we came in. She explained the layout of the store and helped us with all our questions! She adds a great energy to the store and made the experience amazing. Would come back just for her! 13/10

I just walked in to Carters 10 minutes before closing time. I came in apologizing for coming in so late & that I would be quick. I was so surprised when I was greeted back with no problem, take your time & look around, I heard another employee greet another late arriving customer who walked in right at closing. The same kind, excited to see you greeting. I work in retail and it's so important to make a customer feel comfortable. It's also very disappointing that in so many stores you're not made to feel that way at all. I chatted with Abigail who first greeted me and she checked me out. I told her how pleased I was to be helped by a friendly, helpful employee. Not someone trying to rush me out the door because it was their end of the day. I also commented on her co worker whose name is Athena. Athena was by the door as I left. Kind, smiling & asking if I needed anything else. This is my first yelp review. I usually only think about doing them when I'm disappointed about some service. This store and their employees I believe should be commended on their superb customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for quality children's clothing along with great customer service. Thank you girls for making my evening so nice.

Went to look for clothes for my daughter. The staff there are so great and welcoming they helped me look for specific overalls and even convinced me to buy her halloween costume now. Store is also very organized and clean which is a plus.

Today I had the worst store experience of my life!!!! The manager Brithany of this store yelled at my 2 year old son! This was unbelievable!!! In addition to having treated me very badly because I went give back a purchase. The service didn't do anything and I left the store with my son crying and traumatized!
