I don't understand the other reviews. I have visited this bank every month for about three years. I find the tellers to be very nice and respectful. When I closed a checking account last month the woman (I assume the manager because she had the only enclosed office) I worked with was very nice and was able to get help right away. It's not very busy so it's a great place to visit.

I'm sorry to have to agree with the other reviewers. Today I had to deal with the incredibly rude, immature manager. A terrible role model for the employees. Models a total lack of respect and care toward customers. It's a loss when a neighborhood establishment, where we've experienced one great manager after another, gets ruined by one person. Will not be returning.

The bankers here are so very rude! Nelson was disrespectful to my elderly disabled mother who never says a mean thing about anyone. He wasn't with a customer and could not answer a simple question for her. He didn't want to help her and would rather sit there looking at his cell phone. I approached the manager who had five frozen pizzas in his hand and didn't even bother to acknowledge my mother. She has been a customer with chase for many years. This is how they treat their valued customers? I'll take my money elsewhere and so should you. I was appalled at their customer service.

Customer service is trash- worse than what you'd expect at a McDonald's. People are rude and unhelpful. I closed my chase account today because I am so tired of dealing with them. Whether you call a brand or the customer service line- garbage.

I came in this bank because they had three stars instead of the two stars that all the other chase banks have, but was more disappointed in this one than all of them. I came in there with a very simple question as their online support couldn't even figure out why I couldn't add a new recipient and was promised a call back, which I never received. I was told the best thing is to go into the branch. All I had to do is pull it up And see if he knew a different button or not. Instead the manager, of all people, said that he had to sit there and wait because he had an appointment at 11. I said great we can work on it until they get here, and he said NO.... I can't talk to you until the 15 minutes is over. For all the money that I have in that bank one would've thought he would've been kind enough to do what he could until the person showed or didn't show. Just another reason to take my money out of the bank!

Do you like unnecessary wait times? Being ignored? Being transferred thru a labyrinth of humans before someone will help you? Then THIS is the branch for YOU! Come to this location if you want the extra hassle while you try to just GIvE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

I have always had good experiences in the several times I have had to go INTO the bank, as well as courteous and correct information given to me, over the phone. They are patient, professional and precise. A recent outing to the bank led to banking with Garrett O'Grady Relationship Banker. He was a perfect representative of the bank; friendly and responsive to my needs. He is a fine representative of the bank.

Worked with AJ on getting info about a home loan and Baron Lee on opening a new checking account. Both were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and patient. Haven't used the branch for much else, but it seems lovely!

Service was great but they need to check their coin sorter/counter. I went there on Saturday and got two rolls of quarters, $10 each, and both only had $9.75 worth of quarters. I noticed the difference in the first roll while finishing my las load of laundry. I know three loads of washing and drying cost $9.00 but when I emptied out the roll, I only had 75 cents left after putting in money to dry. Just checked the last roll and found the same shortfall. I even snapped a picture. Recommendation, count your change.

Horrible customer service. 1 teller on a Saturday. 2nd teller was relaxing in the lobby area. Then when she finally decided to get up off the couch, she was rude. This used to be a pleasant bank...

Horrible customer service!!!!! Always understaffed. The branch manager is rude. Always laughing as you express any issue you may be having. This place has been definitely making me wanna close my accounts with them. And the worst part is other chase branches have herd about how horrible this place is and the branch manager and yet nothing ever changes.

Best service I have ever received at a bank. Francisco Laureano was the BEST!! He is the branch manager and definitely was very helpful, explained everything into detail and showed me how everything worked. He made sure that I was taken care of along with watching his floor and making sure the lines weren't long and acknowledging all the clients inside. Thank you for your assistance in opening my 1st chase account!!

Do not use chase! I went in to the bank today to deposit $400 cash into my mothers account. She needed the money to pay her co-op fee for her chemo appointment today (she is stage 4). The bank advised as of 2014 they do not accept cash deposits if you are not on the account. I explain that this is an urgent matter and if she does not receive this cash, she cannot get her chemo. The supervisor walked over and said he could not approve since their was no manager available. Thanks Chase! Thanks for helping out a cancer patient! and we will be closing our account ASAP. Call me wrong, but I thought this was unbelievable! I was trying to deposit, not withdrawal!

While reviewing a branch of a national bank sounds kinda pointless I'm using this to shed light one one specific banker at this chase bank. Johnny is by far the best person I have interacted with at any bank I have ever gone to. He is prompt, has a good memory, and goes out of his way to help. I am so appreciative of how great he has been that if he ever changed jobs to a different bank I would strongly consider taking my accounts there as well.
