Ordered through their app. Was in line to get the order from the pleasant uniformed employee. Male attendant not in uniform (possibly franchisee or manager) called me over and I said "I have an order for (my name). Had to repeat my name 4 times as he couldn't hear. Then he asked if I was meeting someone there and I repeated I had an order. He then chastised me that just repeating my name doesn't mean I have an order. He had kept asking my name. He walked away as I was explaining that I said that to him at the beginning. Hands me my food and drink. I ask for a straw and he states he put it in the sealed bag snidely. Sit down nearby and open bag, no straw. The other employee hands me a straw as I walk back in before I say anything.

Just left this place! I bought a 4pk never was I told that in this location the 4pk that is sold to you it’s not ready to eat! You have to take it home and do it yourself! I’ve gone to other locations and they give them to me warmed and ready to eat and this place besides horrible service they gave me cold Cinnabons to make at home!!! And when I asked they still gave me attitude because I just asked if they were not ready to eat! Horrible service!

Living by the mall is such a delight because I can get a cinnabon whenever I like. I've been living here for about 10 years now and everytime I go they never disappoint. It's always ooey gooey and goddamn delicious. If I didn't have self control I'd probably have diabetes. If you haven't had cinnabon in a while or at all, THIS is your sign to go get one NOW!This place is easily a 11.5/10!!

Worst customer service. Those hispanic men working the front are rude and can barley speak english! Get some staff that are friendly and have good customer service! WE spend a lot of money on these cinnabons and customers DESERVE to be treated with respect! I Will NEVER return and I will be reporting this to the BBB.

The older guy who works here comes off as miserable, unhappy and ignorant. Maybe he's waiting for retirement, not sure but as a customer I shouldn't be able to feel this type of energy each time I support Cinnabon here.

The smell of warm baked Cinnabons wafting through the mall is tempting. Luckily, I received a reward for the BonBites (4 count, $4.99). Unfortunately, my usual Cinnabon in Century City doesn't honor any of their perks. When I had an excuse to go to the Fox Hills Mall, I picked up these... and ate them there... while they were hot! Yum! These cute little rolls are super sweet. I think the frosting is what puts them over the top in terms of sugar, so next time, I'm going to request it on the side, or super light. My sister-in-law makes the most incredible cinnamon rolls, but these were satisfying. Bite into a BonBite, and see for yourself.

I saw their in store signage advertising the cinnamon roll cookie and decided to try it. It was pretty pricey at around $4 but it tasted as good as I was expecting, albeit a little chewy since it was sitting in the store since the morning. Located in the Fox Hills mall to the left of Target, past hot dog on a stick and Auntie Anne's pretzels

Usually fresh and good Cinnamon Roll. Not the same recipe from back in the day but they are okay . I'm also taking a star off because they don't give out water cups . Not even a small one ? They are really gonna charge you $1 for a water cup -.-

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Very bad attitude and lied to my face about not having a product available as they were being put in the display case. Also a huge language barrier. Will never return.

Jayda is efficient, very helpful, pleasant and an asset to the brand. She let me know about some new items. Very knowledgeable of the product line. Deserves a raise!
