I hated shipping stuff. The process of finding the right box, bubble wrap, styrofoam, taping, measuring, weighing, then calculating and making all the choices was frustrating and it was always twice as much as I expected. And then I discovered Gina. I will NEVER again go to a UPS store or a FedEx location and have them handle packing and shipping for me. Gina and her team take all of my frustrations away. She is about the nicest person on earth. She loves what she does, and she's been doing it for 20+ years. She knows how to safely package heavy and fragile electronics. She knows how to get lower rates. Gina knows. She just knows. EDIT: I just shipped a 30+ pound, expensive, fragile amplifier PLUS a super fragile tube pre-amplifier via Gina. I literally dropped the gear off, she measured it, weighed it, gave me an exact price (very reasonable price!), and I left. A few days later all the gear arrived at the destination across the country in good working order. The recipient said everything was very well packaged. Gina is my hero!!!

i went to culver mail box to notarize a document and mail it to my lawyer and i was extremely pleased by the quality of service. i was greeted when i walked in, the notary was efficient and friendly, and the staff was super helpful walking me through the different shipping options and prices. i also loved that it was all women working at the business, it had very good energy.

This comes up as a fed ex center on maps, but they are not actually a fed ex. They ship things fed ex, but are a “private contractor” so they still charge for things like tape for boxes (cash only). Just a heads up to all because I had to break a 20$ bill for 55 cents. FedEx normally does that stuff is complimentary, which is why I walked all the way here (thinking it was a real Fed Ex). The person who helped me was also not very nice. Happy shipping!

We went in to get a document notarized and the there was an older women and 2 girls who looked like they just finished high-school . Very incompetent looked confused and puzzled I wonder how much money they lose for the business , turning people away . We ended up going to a notary a couple streets away and got our documents notarized with no problem

Amazon delivered a package to Culver Mailbox, even though it was addressed to my home address, and they took the initiative to find my number so I could pick it up. Really appreciate their great service and helpfulness on this occasion and every other time I've come in!

I live in a different state and needed a part from a company down the street that wouldn't ship directly to me. I called Culver City Mailbox, Astrid answered and gave me directions on how to get what I needed done. Parvez responded to me almost immediately, took care of what I needed, emailed me back with instructions on what I needed to do, and had my package enroute to me in mere hours! I was so very blown away with the level of service and the way the two people I spoke with met my needs. Because I live in a different state, I'll probably never need this company again, but they set a high standard for courier services in general. Thank you!

I have been a customer here for 15 years and today I was treated so rudely, I will never be back. I ordered something from Nike which gave me the option to have it delivered to Culver Mailbox. It was a birthday present so I didn't want it delivered to my home where my husband would see it. I had had many packages delivered there before with no issue. I received notice from Fed Ex that it had been delivered so I went to pick it up. When I arrived the two women behind the counter said they don't accept packages from Fed Ex, so they refused delivery. No one called me, from Culver Mailbox or Nike to say this had occurred? I asked. Where is it now? I asked. They said nothing. Then one of the women called the manager, who then came out and retrieved the package from one of the women who had told me it had been refused. I was shocked of course that it was, in fact, there, and asked why these women said it wasn't? Then they straight lied and said they didn't say that, and the manager said she believed them, and I was, in turn, not telling the truth. The manager then lectured me about how I shouldn't have had it delivered to them from Fed Ex. It was an option on the Nike site, I told her, maybe she should contact Nike so another customer doesn't have to go through this. She said no. She continued to lecture, and the two women refused to make eye contact with me, because they know they lied to the manager about what actually transpired. I had a witness with me who heard the whole thing, there was no misunderstanding. So I said I had been a customer for over a decade and didn't appreciate this treatment, which only upped the manager's gaslighting. She never once apologized for the terrible service, and ended the exchange shouting "Have a great day!!!" as I walked out the door. For the last time, never ever going back here. ---- Yeah Perry, this is not how the situation went down at all, and the women behind the counter know that. But ok, I don't care enough to continue the conversation, too busy looking for another mail service.

I have been going here a couple of years. Great service, warm and helpful. Easy to ship packages and make return drop offs. The 2 sisters that work there are great. The woman helping me today was not great. She was rude. She was inconvenienced and unhelpful. Won't go into to detail. You have lost a customer today.

The employees were incredibly rude upon pick up. I had a package arrive there days ago and every day, since I received a notification that it was delivered. I called DHL they investigated and said it was there, the employees just weren't looking thoroughly. I finally was able to get confirmation and given a pin with DHL and when I arrived I gave them the information and told them I'll show them the ID once I see the package label matching my name. The amount of sarcasm in Spanish and English was ridiculous and unprofessional (I'm first generation and fluent in both languages). Avoid pick up here and working with this business.
