The customer service team is very attentive and genuine. I had to process a return and replacement and Anna was immediately responsive and followed up to be sure I was all set.

A huge shout-out to Emily, who handled my return with great communication, endless patience, and amazing efficiency. I am beyond grateful for her quick responses to my emails and her ability to rectify a difficult situation almost immediately. There were numerous hiccups in the process. I found a beautiful patio table and chairs on the website. Because the designer is based in Spain, prior to ordering I knew to expect 12-16 week delivery. It took over 5 months for delivery. Issues included chipped patio table/chairs (to be honest this is not really the fault of Design Public, but rather that the furniture was very poorly packaged by the manufacturer) that the shipper attempted to touch up with paint but with a result that was unaesthetically pleasing (I am glad Design Public reached out to me to let me know about this and allowed me to review the photos of the touch-up before deciding how I wanted to proceed), the replacement of the items with items that unfortunately also had the paint chipped in several places (they sent me touch-up paint and gave me a small discount) and included the table base but not the table top (so I had to wait yet another week for the top).The saving grace of my experience was a customer service agent named EMILY who was AMAZING-- super kind, responsive, and helpful. She updated me every step of the way and checked in with me frequently.When all was said and done, I was pretty happy with the patio set however felt drained by how drawn-out the process was.

Items were delivered quickly, and the customer service was amazing: Emily in customer service was extremely responsive, quickly resolved my issue with one of the items, and sent a replacement within a day.
