I used the website to order a fruit bouquet as a gift. I chose this location due to proximity to the recipient. I feel that when ordering a gift for delivery of anything edible, it can be tricky - especially during this heatwave. I was very grateful to the delivery person Veronica who made the extra effort to contact me and let me know that she didn't feel comfortable following the recipient's instructions to just leave the fruit bouquet at the gate of the complex, because of the heat. She took the time to call me for more details instead of disturbing the new parents again. She was then able to deliver right to their front door. I appreciate the extra effort for a fresh delivery!

I am so pleased with the Customer Service I received from this Edible Arrangement location in Culver City, CA. Today is my daughter Lanie birthday and even though I am in Texas, they made sure she got her delicious treat from me her Mommie. Thank you Thank you Thank you for helping me put a SMILE on her face. You ROCK!!!

My Doctor's office staff loved the gift from this location. They had finished the whole thing before I could leave the office. Job well done on their part. They had my order I phoned in ready when I arrived to pick it up.

Rude and unprofessional. Delivered to wrong address and the customer service rep did nothing about it. When refund was requested they simply hung up the phone. Just stay far away from this scammy company.

This location is weird. According to their hours of operation online, they are supposed to be operational until 5pm on weekdays. I went one day, well before 5pm and they were closed. There was an employee in the back who saw me standing at the door but never stopped to ask if I needed anything (I may have been picking up an order), or to at least tell me they're closed. I returned again after being in the area and I almost thought they were closed again, despite the early hour. Most businesses turn on lights, which give an indication they're open. Not this store. It is dark. Empty refrigerators, no brochures or business cards... just weird and, quite frankly, unprofessional. I last had an Edible Arrangement delivered to me a few years ago. I believe it was from this location. If I had to order from them today, I'd go elsewhere. I was looking for what I thought were ready made caramel/chocolate apples. Online, it says they can only be purchased in-store, as they are individually sold. I later found they are special order. I was under the presumption they would be in a refrigerator for customers to stop buy and purchase. Apparently, they are not popular items so they need to be ordered. That's odd to me, considering the stores that sold caramel apples in the area (the Fox Hills Mall) are closed. IF I return to Edible Arrangements, it will be a different location. I LOVE fruit, but before I spend a tidy sum on one of their arrangements, I will buy a fruit tray from Pavilions in the Marina or Culver City. Pavilions in MDR sells caramel apples, too (though they are HUGE and the varieties are not always to my liking). They also ask people to call to place orders, but how can you do that when no one answers their phone?

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! Look elsewhere for better service. They are rude and unorganized they lie to you to cover themselves they give you a fake resolution and don't keep to it. I ordered an arrangement was not cheap either they did not follow instructions as they do what they want they disclose personal information and ripped off the message card from edibles. I contacted the CEO and cooperate and received a call from so call owner and overheard her say that quote" it's ringing I'm calling her now that the customers are gone so they won't hear me screaming at her" I told her excuse me and she begun to harassed and bully me for contacting cooperate on her and her store I hunged up and contacted them again no one should experience such behavior from a business when you giving them hundreds of dollars of business. I had been a customer since 2015 and referred them so many business to my friends and other people they lost a real good customer and the referrals that I gave as well. There's other companies they are not the only edible arrangements company. Good luck making business God forbid you have issues with them.

One star only because I had to pick at least one. Deserters none! Received this yesterday and it was melted and full of ants. Customer service said not their problem. Very disappointed.

Hoping to update my review but so far, I'm still waiting for my phone call to be picked up. I just want an update on my delivery which was being "arranged" since 11am . As I was writing this review, Two minutes after my last screen shot they picked up. The gentlemen who answered said the driver was on his way, when I asked an for ETA he said 3 hours (6pm). I asked what was the reason he said because my order was #8, I then told him that I got an email notification before 11am that it was already being made. He then said driver hadn't left yet and was going to ask him if mine could be delivered 1st. Before hanging up, I asked the reason for why I was put on hold for 24 minutes for which he said he didn't know as he's the only one picking up phone calls and the phone hadn't rang. I just wanted to provide feedback on his contact info. The gentlemen was polite about it but I just wished that more contact methods were available. I'm now hoping that the arrangement we picked is in great shape so that I can update my review. Perhaps the details on the arrangement makes up for the horrible contact experience Update: the receiver was super happy with the product as was I. It's a beautiful arrangement and they fulfilled their promise to try and deliver it sooner.

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience with this particular edible arrangements location.I received my arrangement with a giant chunk missing from my pineapple. I swear I thought this was a joke.I have called the health department and the CEO of the company.I called to explain my situation and the lady over the phone said it would be impossible to have sent an eaten arrangementAnd that I should stop calling.Management is the worst. The so called owner is thee rudest one of all. She told me that I needed to stop “pranking” her employees when all I’m doing is calling to get my friends money back for a half aten arrangement they sent me!!!!

I ordered online and requested it to be delivered in three days. It took them three weeks to deliver it. I had to keep checking up on them and they blamed the receiver for having a full mailbox and not picking up calls. My friend was picking up all her calls and her mailbox was empty! Constantly had to follow up for a late delivery and whenever I called, they would consistently and persistently cut me off to tell me how its my friends fault that its not being delievered.Absolutely atrocious experience. I would not be surprised if the same arrangement that they supposedly made 3 weeks ago was delivered. Never will i ever order an arrangement from this franchize again and a brief complaint to my social circles proved that I wasnt alone in this experience.Hands down, the worst customer service and delivery experience i have ever had.

My arrangement was ordered 24 hours in advance. I was home with a new baby all day, no one came in, no one called. They never notified the person who ordered that delivery was not completed. They also lie regarding calling me or the person who ordered. No messages no record of their call. I wouldn't recommend using this location.
