I would never take a class from the instructor Stephanie Carter. I suggest that everybody stay away from her classes. They way she treated me was horrendous. She disrespected and screamed at me like a child. She has no business ever teaching group fitness. I do not pay membership to be screamed and disrespected. Being a teacher, you would expect empathy and I didn’t receive that.

eh, location is nice but too many people and not enough machines. Bad experience with staff too. Fiona our sales rep showed up 15 minutes late to our appointment. no sauna.

Limited club hours makes their membership value pale in comparison with other gyms. Stopped by today @ 3:10PM and the gym was closed at 3PM the entire holiday weekend. Seriously ridiculous given the $270 / month cost of the membership.

prime location, clean facilities, friendly staff, validated parking, steam room, earth bar, the basics for lifting and cardio. only negative is this is easily the most crowded gym i've ever been too and that's including gyms i've joined when living in NYC and SF. perhaps it's a LA thing....

It's a relatively small location but I do very much like the ease of parking in such a busy area. The facilities are well kept and even on weekday at 4-5pm it feels like you're not being crowded. Classes in the studio are great, too. This has the best and friendliest vibe of all the Equinox locations around the west side of LA.

I’ve not only worked at this location but I’ve also worked out there and this is one of the best gyms there is! Clean equipment! Enough space! All the equipment you need! Trainers are there to help you but you can also book them and they have so many fun classes! Parking is validated you will park downstairs!

I am a returning member to Equinox. I used to go to Westwood every day in 2019 and now I go to all the gyms.Equinox is seriously amazing. I had planet fitness for a year and never worked out but would go to shower sense I work remote. I NEVER WORKED OUTA FOR A WHOLE YEAR ! But at Equinox the first day I get it at I take a work out class every day, and I’m so embaressed I went to one location to work out then hopped to the next!?Equinox seriously is this whole experience that drives you to want to work out, eat healthy. Be productive . The only negative- you may want to spend your whole life there. (Seriously?)They have yoga, pilates, cycle beats and all these other amazing classes just running all day at all the locations. Where can you get that at ANY other place? 1 pilates studio costs that much. Also, you can go there if you just need the steam room and a nice shower with Khiels products. Forgot your razor? Hair spray? Hair straightener? They have it all there!Hollywood has a Jacuzzi and pool and that’s not even a sports or destination location.Forgot to eat? No problem. Just grab the earth bar smoothie that’s prices way more reasonably than Kreation or Erwhons.Need to sit by the fire on a rooftop? Equinox has it! I LOVE Equinox and businesses that put thought: effort. (The sports massages are Amazing at Equinox as well). The sports club is for members that need more space and equipment and a work space.I think they are adding We-work areas which is also amazing! Some locations have the BEST cleaners like Sherman oaks. Some of them are medicore on the floors.(You’re also getting help for your mental health coming here if you work a lot. )**not a paid review I’m just sick of businesses that scam in LA but Equinox does not!

I love this gym. Equipment and machines always available. The class selection is awesome and the instructors will challenge you to perform your best. The lockers and showers are clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It's well worth the price.

I love this gym, I am very grateful for it.I love the pilates and barre classes with Amy. I love the gentle yoga with Sarra, its like a nice stretching class. Pia is funny. Jen is a great yoga instructor but I am not so great at yoga so don't really partake in it anymore, maybe one day....All of the greeters who check you in are kind in the mornings, except for one person who is real friendly with the guys but not so much with the girls....but she usually isn't there....so if you interact with her don't worry she isn't there every day, don't let it disgruntle you. Forge ahead to a class and be glad you're you.Thank you to everyone who works here and is genuinely kind, you are making the world a better place. I love this gym and am grateful for it.

Frankly, I would not go back to any other gym after this. I have gotten exactly what I wanted out of my Equinox membership at this location. It's right near my office, and the client base at this location generally skews professional; in other words, people come in, do their workout, and leave. Everyone I've interacted with, staff and other members alike, has been extremely kind and approachable. The gym is spacious and well laid out. Machines are clean and weights are always in the proper place -- a small but admirable touch. The classes are legitimate, which is more than I can say for any other gym I've gone to: there are REAL yoga classes, challenging pilates classes, and a whole spectrum of other fitness styles I have yet to explore. The app that you use to manage your membership is intuitive and easy to use. The locker rooms are well-stocked and clean. Altogether, it's a very pleasurable place to spend time and train; yes, it's more than most gyms you can join in LA, but my feeling is that it's well worth it to have access to a place you'll actually want to go.

It's an LA Fitness basically. Nothing special in terms of equipment and extremely crowded. If you take advantage of their classes, which are packed, then it is probably worth it. But if you are joining because the facility is better than average or expect a more luxurious experience I would say pass on it.Staff are nice which is a plus but there are times where they seem like deer in the headlights just managing check in.

Gym is super nice !! I like how it small and straight to the point. Everyone is to themselves and focused. The only thing it’s missing is vibrancy and liveliness. Front desk should be way more friendly, there’s on chick in the front from New York forgot her name she super sweet and Christian is nice too ! I just think we need more energy in the gym so it can also feel like a community not just a destination.

Similar to my feel on Equinox West Hollywood (+) Crowd younger (+) BEST class is Rene's Monday night cycling course here @ 6pm (not a well-kept secret since his class books up within the first minute it opens); sad I can rarely make this time given work. He is actually probably the best Equinox cycling instructor ever~ (-) Pretty crowded, not as much as West Hollywood though but the weight area is smaller (-) only the wet steam sauna here I go here for some classes that fit my times for the week, but otherwise generally go to other Equinox studios
