Middle aged looking black woman today 4/3/24 Working at 2 pm at the register was so obnoxiously rude . I asked a simple question and she gave me the upmost disrespectful attitude I wanted to genuinely yell at her but unlike her I also work retail and learned to be nice no matter what. Considering I'm young and have this mindset of maturity shows something unlike her too old to be working at forever 21. Cashier : Ashley ( not sure if it's hers or someone else but it was on my receipt).

This Forever21 is alright, it is pretty big in my opinion, I feel there is a variety of selection in tops, bottoms, and accessories. The shoes section is very small & the plus size section is HIDEOUS - they never have nothing cute & it's also a small section. The men's clothes are, Ehh, very limited selection as well.... and the kids' clothes - let's not even go there.
They do have a nice beauty section, sorta... but it is VERY ORGANIZED & CLEAN, I will say.
The Staff is MEH! The cashiers always seem to have an attitude like they hate their job, I mean I don't blame them but you can't just lash out on others - it isn't my fault you wanted to work there... Anyways, staff needs more training in customer service in my opinion, and less training in loss & prevention.

Unhelpful staff who just want you to buy and leave. The fitting rooms are being used as storage so there's not much room to try anything on. Staff belligerently shouts at each other across the store, half the time it sounds like a fight might break out. I get retail isn't that exciting, I've done it too, but I never treated customers like they were a bother or an intrusion. Sorry yall hired your lil friends and basically made a club out of working here but giving every customer a dirty look for even asking where something is, is just sad

One of the biggest locations I've visited so far. Picked up a gift for my daughter and was amazed by the many selections and variety. If I take my daughter there I'll probably end up leaving broke.

I got my wallet stolen from this forever 21 those busted employees told me they couldn’t check the cameras smh ! It was either someone shopping their or the girl working the register ! My wallet was next to the register and my cash was gone never again am i gonna come here !!!!
