I was falling asleep at a restaurant outside Westfield Culver City and I needed an energy drink so I saw there was a GNC inside the mall. I looked at the map directory and also on Google maps to see where it was at. The GNC store is on the 2nd floor near Target. When a walked in a worker greeted me and I went straight to look for a ZOA energy drink. I found the 12 pack but not a single one so I asked where a cold energy drink is and he told me it was near the check out. They didn't have ZOA in the refrigerator so I settle for Prime energy. The price was reasonable and the flavor I got was good.

Just a quick note to say that this location is great& so are the employees that work there. Especially ANGEL , who is not only knowledgeable as to their products, but is very friendly and patient and accommodating , especially with us Seniors. Thanks again ANGEL! Bob & Monica

Tall curly long haired worker there did NOT want to be there and the customer service was TRASH. The coworker excused it by the fact that he "just came back from lunch" and the. proceeded to walk aggressively towards me but walked away noticing I was clearly on the phone with the malls security/customer service. Clearly upset their working minimum wage and long hours, if you don't like your job then quite there is no reason to charge at a PREGNANT women with such aggressive behavior because YOU dont like your job.

No wonder all gnc's are closing. The people that work here don't know anything about business, service, sales, or products. I even saw the one guy on the floor go to the back while over 10 people were in the store and he left the store completely empty for about five minutes. Yikes! A toddler with a toy cashier machine would be better off working here. I don't know if it's just this location that sucks or if the business has fallen off that hard. But I can advise you all not to waste your time here

Go to any GNC and you will get the same formula a well trained salesman that will pitch you anything you need and will be able to explain the product in detail. Thanks guys!!

Walked in this location at 6:55pm on 3/14/2022 and wasn’t greeted by anyone. The cashier wouldn’t even look up from the register to help me when I asked for assistance. I didn’t even end up buying anything because the energy was horrible from the person at the counter. I literally just turned around and walked out. I’ll stick to buying online.

Good selection bit a bit of a small store. the staff is knowledgeable and eager to help even though they push getting a GNC "member rewards" card to much.
