I am giving my experience a five-star today. I stopped by Swatch Group in Culver City to remove additional links on my Tissot watch. I was immediately greeted by a very nice lady who took my watch to the back and had the links removed in less than 10 minutes, free of charge. I was even gifted a Tissot box and travel pouch. Knowing that the repair center is behind my workplace, I will physically stop by for all my Swatch branded watch needs.

Best experience I have ever had bar none. I am a watch enthusiast and have been going this center over the years and been overwhelmed by the professionalism and good will of this company. I needed a battery change last minute on my neo vintage Omega Seamaster 300 they did it no charge with a free pressure test and did not try to sell me anything! I am a customer for life!

They honored my Tissot warranty and even shipped it back to me fast! All employees I've worked with are nice and welcoming.

Sent my Hamilton watch in for a replacement crystal, the watch was working perfectly when I sent it in, it was brand new and the crystal shattered into two large fragments, with no shards. The service center tried to tell me that I needed a full overhaul, including a brand new movement because shards of crystal had gotten into the movement and the hands were not moving. This was going to cost me more than the watch cost me new. I requested that they send it back to me without service. When I received the watch back, as before I sent it out, it is keeping time just perfectly. All it needed was a new crystal. I have read horror stories about the swatch group repair centers trying to pull this scam, I just wish I would have read them before sending my watch in and wasting all of this time.

I bought a vintage Omega from an unknown source because I love simple, unpretentious watches. I was risking a good amount of money feeling that I found something that I truly liked but unsure of authenticity and state of disrepair. This business checked my watch, found serial numbers and authenticated (unofficially) my purchase as real and not a fake. Albeit in sad shape overall. I was told that service on this particular watch, due to its date of manufacture, would have to be done in Switzerland by a master horological professional. I am looking forward to having the service repair done by this business with 100 percent confidence that my watch is in the best hands possible- pun intended! I recommend this company to those that have brands under the Swatch parent group as they really are quality and customer service driven. A rarity in these Gordon Gecko "greed is good" times.

I called and inquired about a full service for my Omega Seamaster on 02/08/21. I was delivered a box to ship my watch back to the service center on 02/16/21. The box included a foam insert to protect my watch during shipping and a sheet to fill out any additional information/specifics on the work to be completed. A prepaid shipping label was also provided. The service center received my watch on 02/17/21. I was given a quote and proceeded with the service on 02/19/21. The service was completed on 02/26/21. The watch was delivered back to me on 03/01/21. It came back to me in an Omega case, with all the parts that had been replaced, and my invoice. All shipping was completed via FedEx. You will be provided an account and password to their service website. You will be able to track the status of your service every step of the way. When choosing the official service center of any brand, prices are always expected to be higher. Through my experience, it was worth every penny. The turn around time was a lot shorter than I had originally prepared myself for. My watch looks brand new and I am very happy with the work completed. The two year warranty that comes with the service is an additional plus. I would not hesitate to bring another watch back to this service center.

If you have an Omega watch or any brand under the Swatch parent company this is the place to go for any service, repair, or accessory. Top notch service!

This company really cares about providing excellent service. They did an overhaul on my Omega Constellation in less than a week and it looks like new. I have a sentimental attachment to this watch, so it gives me the assurance that it's going to work according to factory specs and will keep great time for years to come. Thanks to Justin for taking good care of this customer!

The customer service is really good and always starving for more. After picking up my watch ive realized that my ceramic bezel isn't lining up with the 12mark. I have told them and they tried to fixed it few times with no success. Telling me that's the best that can be done . The issue has been resolved under 5 min by a different watchmaker . Disappointing and makes one think if the inner intricate movement is been handle at the same level. ***update 06/20/2018. The ceramic bezel I've paid for to get replaced just came off my watch during diving in maui. So much for quality work on that.

Spent my Veteran's day morning commuting to Culver City to have my Omega checked out. Thought I needed to leave my watch here for a few weeks. Left with a clean column wheel on my PO Chrono 9300, removal of a dust particle underneath the sapphire of my Diver 300m Co-Axial that I happened to be wearing, and two Omega travel cases. All completed within 45 mins with 0 cost under warranties. Impeccable service!

Excellent service. I had my Tissot Seastar serviced, mail in, and it came back working well, tightly regulated, AND with an entirely new housing including front and back crystal, wow! Like getting a brand new watch. Sent my wife's Tissot Ballade watch in, and because it was over 10 years old and required replacement parts which were no longer available, they offered her a brand new watch (even a bit nicer than the original) for the price of the standard service. Very satisfied.

I had the swatch group service my Omega and it came back looking perfect and keeps perfect time. It is a little more expensive but there is a 2 year warranty from the factory and it is a little assurance that the work was done to specifications. Turn around time was a few weeks so don't expect rapid service.

While most people would send their watch into a company service platform it's nice to know that this location is available for "walk-in" clients. Well staffed by highly skilled horologists with excellent brand specific training this facility is fully capable of delivering high quality repairs with great turnaround time. This location is very clean and "state of the art" using only the latest equipment. Parking is available in the adjacent structure a little ways away. NOTE: This repair facility is only for Swatchgroup brands. Please check their website for a full list. If you have one of these watches and it means something to you this is where you want to have it serviced and maintained. FYI: Oftentimes people think factory service is overpriced. This is not true (in most cases). The prices are fair and if they seem high at times there is a good reason for it which makes sense when properly explained. And NO I don't work here:) But I DO know a lot about watches.
