This is a candy store for those who like DIY!! Consistantly great deals, clean store, and helpful staff. Note that the person at the register won't automatically give you the discount listed in the circular, so you have to mention it.

This place is an American treasure but their customer service on the phone could improve. also in a time of do-it-yourself solar energy - they don't offer solar panels, batteries or controllers. Huh?

item listed as in stock in Culver City Store. made the ling drive to pick up & was told that it was a close out item, no longer in stock, despite still showing available in website. sold me exact same item, different brand, for 50% more . Refused to discount.

This employee named Liz saw me waiting in line for 5 minutes patiently as she helped another employee. Once she finished with him, she said that i wasnt in line and told me to get to the back at the other side of the door. Where does it say line? She then rudely told me to go to the other side of the store. I waited another 10 minutes. She then rudely told me to have a great day as i was still talking to her. Hate to have one crappy person ruin the image of the whole store.
