After getting an $8600 estimate at BMW Santa Monica, I found myself looking for another auto shop to repair my out of warranty BMW. Luckily, I found this place. They were transparent, honest and reasonably priced. They agreed that I could repair one expensive item on the dealership's list, but said it wasn't necessary for a couple of years, at which point I'd be better off purchasing a new car. I got out of there but a few hundred dollars and referred all my friends and family.

We had a Tesla Model Y custom painted. They match the color exactly to what we wanted. They took time to get the job done right and boy is it smooth like glass. They've also done minor repair on my Model S after it was backed into in a parking garage. The repair is flawless.

During a very long and difficult day of delivering for postmates, I completed a delivery only to find out that my car would not start. I called AAA and they recommended towing it to Westside Auto Body for their service, pricing and ability to fix the problem in a timely manner. Westside replaced my alternator and had my car back to me in two days. The service is phenomenal and the staff friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would go back.

Amazing work on my vehicle! Had a great experience working with Westside Auto. I had to have frame work done as well as a whole rear bumper replaced. When I showed up to pick up my car, it looked brand new! Great work, great people! Highly recommend

Had car repaired after rear end collision earlier last year (took a while to find the time to write this review and it's possible things at the shop have since improved): work was sloppy - had to wait even longer for a few things (such as runs in the finish) that should have easily been caught during their inspections, to be cleaned up. Then got the car home and noticed the paint blending job on the rear bumper was terrible (horribly blended, dull and patchy beneath the clear coat) and they didn't bother replacing a large trim piece that they actually had there ready to go - just put the old, scratched trim piece back on instead. Returned car and had to go through the entire process of getting a rental etc for a second time, so that they could do the job properly. Unfortunately, after getting it home a second time, I found more defects: dull, patchy paint beneath the clear coat like last time but in a different place now. Also found paint overspray on a black trim piece on the bumper. Spoke to the owner, wasn't helpful. Was told that there was no way they could have had any overspray on the trim piece. Yet it was there, like magic. For the HIGH price my insurance was billed for this repair job, their quality control was sub-standard and the attitude I was given by the owner (and his failure to respond to anything further when I attempted to find a resolution after the second round of repairs) was unacceptable. I would not recommend them.

I love this place, the front desk service is incredible and the service and communication is top of the line. BUT, I was quoted $1800 for a job that took two hours and parts cost $385. That's unacceptable. I'll never be back and I will warn any and everyone I know / come across to be aware.

Wow!!! I am so impressed! Maria from their front office is a pure delight to work with! She handled everything via email for me, which is helpful since I work full-time. While other collision centers told me I needed to replace my entire bumper, the International Auto team knew I only needed to replace one part, which saved me a lot of money. The bumper looks great! I highly recommend them!

I've used them for 3 different jobs, one of which was a very challenging project - outstanding work at a very reasonable price close to estimate even when unforeseen issues arise. I highly recommend.

I recently had my front bumper repaired at Westside Auto Body on Cotner Avenue, between Pico and Olympic (310-231-0412). Johnny Rivera removed the bumper, hand-sanded it, applied a primer, let it dry and then painted it. And the paint was an impeccable match to the factory color. This was a dark grey with minuscule flecks of blue and a metallic finish. In the brightest of sunlight I could not see a color difference between the bumper and the rest of the car. The cost was reasonable and Johnny is a nice guy, to boot. You know, the older I get, the more I appreciate quality and people who take pride in their work. Thanks, Johnny!

I came in for cosmetic repairs and I recommend this to everyone. Daniel was a pleasure to work with as he was witty and kind. He even quoted me a price that was a thousand dollars less than the other competitors. Once I received my car, I was impressed with the work and the paint. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs. It's worth it.

This is the best place to I have ever found in Los Angeles for auto repair. Daniel is very nice, very honest, and very knowledgeable-this is obviously very hard to find in this industry. Also, unlike most companies, International Auto is familiar working with Tesla's which is also rare to find. I don't know why anybody would ever go anywhere else.

I've been going to International for many years now fortunately on few and far between needs.

I came here to estimate a rear bumper repair after a small accident - I just got a little scratch. The quote was the lowest in the neighborhood and it was done with a zero charge.
