⚠️ Horrible experience with the manager here she was very combative hostile rude had something to say like she wanted to fight . condescending person arguing with me . Over shades she was very orange in the face with was not the look I wanted for my daughter . Kept suggesting an arguing following me asking what I ask the other artist. Horrible experience for my daughter looking for a perfect match in powder. Trying to intimidate me as you walk next to me because she's taller very aggressive. She very brave to act in such a manor. She has lacks professional cosmetic skills. Needs retraing in communication customer service an color match . We didn't purchase the color she chose .we purchased different color the other artist chose.

Not one sales agent greeted me the entire time I was in this store. I felt discriminated against as if I was the wrong color or they expected me not to make a purchase. I went to Sephora and spent over $300!!!

We had the most patient young lady help us with makeup challenges. There was five of us and she help us all individually, I saddened that I don't know her name, but she has the cutest cosmetic diamond star in her front tooth, very fashionable.

I found out if you go to the Mac Store when you return your six empty bottles on your face powder you have three choices lipstick eyeshadow lip gloss. If you return it to Macy's you only get free lipstick

I went in yesterday to get some powder, and got the most amazing customer service! Employee Rachel spent literally 25 minutes helping me find exactly the right shade, while deftly handling other customers who came in to purchase items at the same time. Highly recommend this location!!

Worst customer service ever at both of the MAC stores at the Fox hills mall. I should've stuck to the one in the Manhattan Village where they actually do an Amazing Job and are willing to help others. Now back to the Fox hills Mall.These women should really take note of their lack of empathy and take a look in the mirror to realize they are not above anyone. Karen E( name fits), decided to be lazy and not assist me, when all I asked her to help me with was my eyebrow because that has always been my weak spot. I sat in the store doing my own eyes because she didn't want to be of any assistance. I asked her for the items so that I could do my own makeup and she huffed and puffed the whole time. Wow! She complained that she couldn't help because she was busy and had an appointment coming in at 12, when at the time it was only 11:32. I asked if she could just help with my eyebrows only and it was a hard no. Not one single person walked in for 30 mins when I was there. MAC you can run your cameras back for accuracy. I purchased a lip gloss initially and then ended up getting a refund because why would I want to support an establishment like this. It's not a race thing, it's an lack of education, logic, knowledge and peer interactions. These women come to work for a check and that's it. Karen also forced another girl that was behind the counter to go on break so she couldn't assist me. The other representative left because she was told to, and returned with Starbucks, the top unhealthiest drink in the world. Please do better ladies, this world is not yours, and you will only be remembered by the good that you put out there.

I was so happy the mall was open! Any lady knows the two most important makeup items that you can't do without are eyebrow pencil and mascara! I tried buying product online, but they were sold out. I've been trying to get in here, since the Pandemic first started and the mall was open, then closed, and opened again. As soon as the mall reopened I made sure to double up on my purchase, so I don't have to get makeup from CVS, Target, RiteAid, etc. It's not the same, nor is it the same amount. With Covid-19 circulating around the entrance is roped off, and you cannot enter when you please. I was greeted by friendly staff and the service was fast. Until next time...

1/14/21 I returned 2 unopened items that I purchased on 1/10/21 at a different location because I wanted to take advantage of the $30 off $100. I ordered online also because of the free gift. If I had known I would be treated with such disrespect I would have never gone to this location. I wish I knew his name but he was so rude. 1. He said he normally does not accept returns over $30. I don't know if this is a fact or not. I was able to return these items but was given such an attitude the entire time. Such bad behavior and the level of disappointment in a human being. 2. He said even though these were probably never opened he proceeded to toss them in the trash in front of me as if I was supposed to feel bad for returning something. I understand it's covid but I'm not satisfied with my purchase. 3. He told me I should've gone back to the location to return my items. I don't know if anyone else had problems with returns at different locations or if it's policy. I'm completely shocked and he makes me not want to go to in any MAC store ever again and now I'll be ordering online If he's the manager of this location he needs to be retrained on customer service and their policy. He is unprofessional and I would be ashamed to have someone like him representing Mac cosmetics.Lastly I had my scrubs on and he made a joke that I didn't find funny at all. The whole time there was just awkward. Have you ever laughed in an uncomfortable situation, this was it. I hope to never see this person again.
