Best shop in Culver City (or all of LA?!). Cool local / USA made apothecary goods + gifts + clothing by independent designers like Ace & Jig Ilana Kohn, Ozma, Sugar Candy Mountain, Beatrice Valenzuela, Rachel Craven, and more!

Cashless businesses will not survive. If you're afraid that you're going to get ripped off, take your money home every night it's ridiculous cashless. He's never gonna happen. Hope your business cause I have business.

I feel like I'm in the best version of a dream vacation home in the desert when I'm at Midland. It always smells good and giftable items surround me. The price point is definitely a little higher, but I know the money is going to support small businesses and items have been carefully curated. It's well worth a visit and the spend

Pretty store. I can see why people say the customer service is a bit lacking, though. A "can I help you find anything?" goes a long way, especially when you're the only one in the shop.

Luxe gift shop curated for the discerning bougie shopper. Everything is fancy and gorgeously but simply packaged: olive oil, chocolates, striped Turkish towels, smudge sticks, woven baskets and hats. Niche body care brands like Fat and the Moon and Haoma, and small selection of fragrances. Happily surprised to see New Mexico represented- hello, Los Poblanos lavender toiletries line and Whiskey + Clay pottery! Small jewelry case runs sparkly and dainty (Chan Luu).

Gorgeously curated gift shop for people who like high-end goods with high sensory satisfaction at a high price point. It's the only place in LA I've found that carries Los Poblanos lavender bath/body products. Candles, ceramics, textiles, bath/body, jewelry, woven hats/baskets, you know the aesthetic.

Great little shop. Lots of thought put into all of the things on display. I came for some Dad Grass, but bought some little trinkets as well.

You can always count on Midland for a great gift. I find myself here every holiday desperately looking for a gift and I always find something here. Their taste is impeccable and they have things at all price points. So you can get a bag of coffee, a wooden spoon or some beautiful soap at a reasonable price. They also carry cool women's clothes and bags.Midland, thank goodness you are here.

Fiona has made my Crossroads experience completely amazing. I completely understand if my items are not worth selling, and all it really takes is a quick point to a little stain that might turn future sellers away. I really appreciated the attitude Fiona had when she evaluated my items and her enthusiasm as she pointed out all the awesome things there were in the store. There were some really amazing things to find at amazing prices, and everything was well organized. I look forward to shopping, contributing to my community, and finding things that fit my wardrobe here soon.

Agree with the other ladies who felt an unfriendly, possibly racist vibe. I too was treated coldly and suspiciously despite buying a $120 pillow in the end. I, too, hate to think it's racially motivated, but the white clientele were greeted and helped, while I was ignored or followed around like I might steal something. They should not assume that if you're in workout clothes or a person of color that you don't have money to spend on lovely curated items. Disappointing because I would love to spend my money there but can't support such blatant discrimination. Also, my husband is friends with the architect who created their lovely space, so, again, they should not assume...
