Surprised to see so many negative reviews. We have been banking at same location for over 30 yearsWe've always had great customer service. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

Absolutely cannot stand the employees at this bank all they do is chat it up like they are at a meet and greet instead of acting professional and at least keeping their chatter at a quieter decibel. They pick and choose who they feel like greeting even when they are Not busy I walked last week with my 90 year grandfather and No one acknowledged us but then a man walked in right after and in unison they all greeted him! They branch Manager is a joke, she's very pleasant with other Latinos of course Typical! But she can't even look you in the face when explaining things as if your less than and the older black lady Whew! Talk about needed to go back for some training. Can't wait to find another bank. So over this place.

They lock the doors a half hour before they close so they won't have to work. The employees all just stare at you.

One of the worst banks ever. The cashier and supervisor, both didn't cooperate at all. After providing a government issued ID (Passport Card), the cashier and supervisor refused to withdraw my check with 1 government issued ID, stating that the bank policy requires 2 government issued IDs to withdraw a check. I asked the supervisor to show me the policy, and she refused to show me the policy stating that I am not authorized to show the bank policy to non account holder customers.
