The guy here, Arthur, is so knowledgeable on mattresses. He taught me something I would never forget, he said "you spend most of your life in shoes and on a mattress it makes sense to invest in both of them". And by golly he's right. I invest in my heels and shoes on both comfort and looks why shouldn't I invest on a mattress that is going to give me comfort and last me 15+ years and gives my back the right support it needs. Plus the pillows here are a steal.

I purchased a twin xl bed that came with a frame and box spring in August 2022 and it was delivered August 16th. Everything was lovely the delivery drivers were helpful and friendly. I bought this for my 19yr old son who stands 6'5" weighing in at around 230. The beginning of October he says his box spring bent. Not thinking at first I was going to buy another foundation, but then I thought maybe it's covered under warranty. I called and talked to Linda who then told me it's covered just send her photos to her email. I sent it to her and she said it was stained and damaged which makes it automatically not covered under warranty. I call her back and she says because it was outside its soiled. Then she proceeds to say in all her 12 years she has never seen a box spring break like that so it's not a manufacturer defect. So what is it then??? We barely had it for 2 months, if it's not a defect I don't know what it is. She starts telling me about what breaks which would be considered a defect, but I wasn't trying to hear that. If there was a weight limit then they should've said so. So now I'm supposedly responsible for replacing the box spring? Not so!

I went in today with my Husband to replace our 20 year old mattress (I know lol). Michael helped us choose the perfect mattress for our sleep needs. He showed us every option and was really knowledgeable about every mattress in the store. He was even knowledgeable about Sleep Number beds when I asked a question. Such a great experience, thank you Michael.

Bought a mattress there. Was told no problems exchanging it for another mattress and at no delivery cost. I specifically asked about delivery costs for an exchange. Went back to exchange mattress for same version but with pillow top. Was told I needed to wait at least 30 days for exchange and that delivery cost would be $100. Was never told these details when I bought the mattress. Went back 32 days later to exchange mattress waiting out my 30+ days. Cost of new version was $260 more than old version while difference in price between mattresses was $100. In addition now I get to wait TWO weeks for delivery of new mattress. Miraculously first mattress took 3 days to deliver. Nothing good to say about the underhanded practices of this sleezy company. My advice: go somewhere else!!!

This is the worst experience I've had. I specifically was looking for a firm mattress due to medical reasons. The mattress within less a year has uneven indentations. When I called for a replacement, I'm told that I need to add more money to replace because the sale is only afforded to first time buyers. Paying $3,000+ for a mattress it should be assured that it will last more than a year. Please do not buy from Ortho if you value your health.

I like the customer service I received from the Culver City store. But at the present time I'm disappear the delivery service. They said they would deliver my mattress. Between 4 pm - 8 pm. And call one hour in advance. It's not 7:09 pm. So I guess I won't receive my mattress between 4 pm - 8 pm as promised. They should call and say they are running late. It's called a courtesy call.

Ortho Mattress on Sepulveda is the best store. I've purchased at least two beds from them and they have never let me down. Their customer service is beyond excellent and the time that they spend with each of their clientele is amazing.

Today myself & Family went looking for a Mattress set. Well at Culver City store,Ortho Mattress. 5701 Sepulveda and this salesman name Michael assisted us.. He was professional and knowledgeable very much. We did buy the set,and Michael assisted us all the way.. Michael made the difference,with kindness and knowledge of the Mattress. Can't to get it..
