My Mother comes here to conduct business for Western Union. This store is always so busy BUT the employees are always always attentive! And the store is always soo lovely. My mother waited for about a good 10 minutes to be assisted...lo and behold JOEY, the store's SUPERVISOR was such a gem. Although very busy he was aware of everything that was going on in the store. Yet he was so very patient, kind and caring towards my Mother AND ATTENTIVE. And he's only 28!! For a man soo young he sure is mature....I see him moving to the top! He's what I call an old fashioned customer service oriented individual. Thanks Joey for being soo sweet towards my Mom. I appreciate you! You mad a world of difference and we're definitely worth the wait!

They sell normal fresh GINGER as The creator intended. Unlike other grocery stores that sell large hybrid GMO ginger, that has nothing to offer. Also all the employees are happy and eager to assist. This store is good because of the people and products??

I needed a container of eggnog, and since it was after the holiday, I was running out of luck. Went to two stores, nothing. I called Pavilions on Jefferson, and I was transferred to Chris in Dairy/Deli. He was super cordial, and said that they got one final late load of eggnog last night, and they had five more bottles in the back cooler. I told Chris I'll be there in 15 minutes. Once I got there, he brought two containers out for me. He professionally explained how it was the final shipment of the season, and they were trying to move the eggnog out to make room for new seasonal product. Not only did I buy the two jugs he brought out from the back cooler, but he also marked down both bottles to half-price because it was after Christmas (mind you, the product was fresh-- it just came in the night before). Five stars to Chris in Dairy/Deli and Pavilions for exemplary service. Super job!

alright you listen here buckerou im so mad i might have to become a petes coffee enjoyer because this women screwed up my order so bad she straight up. i ordered me a nice pumpkin latte and this women decided to put 7 large scoops of ice in (i only ordered a grande). then she put in my coffee and decided to leave my pumpkin flavoring on the bottom of my cup not mixed in. then for the whip cream on top she didnt shake it so it came out water and your supposed to sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon instead she did over three teaspoons and i chocked because of how much she put in there. overall pavilions starbucks workers are absolutely hurrendous and dont give two shits before 12:00pm so dont go until then. ive never wanted to be a petes coffee person but this drink is my last straw. ive gone to starbucks for over twenty years im a very loyal customer vut this changed me permanently.

I needed one more item (mozzarella cheese) and they forced me to checkout 2 minutes before closing. Now I have to go to Ralph's, where I'll go directly from now on.

I'm in grocery stores almost every day and this is my go-to place as it is always clean. I know they're stock and can count on them having stuff in when I need it. All in all they do a good job

Today, I am writing about an incident that occurred at my last visit. I would normally consider this to be a 5 star establishment, including everything else that occurred that day except for this incident. It was a quiet evening on June 21 after 9:00 p.m. when I was shopping there on a quiet evening. I always use a cart to shop so that I can use both hands, but after the courtesy clerk was able to fit everything into one bag except for a sixpack of a soft drink, I grabbed my stuff and left my cart at the front of the lane in front of the courtesy clerk. As I walked towards the exit, the courtesy Clerk, yelled out, "Sir, you forgot your cart!" Thinking I might have left something, I looked back and the courtesy clerk was pointing to the cart Ieft at the front of the lane. I called back, "That's OK, I don't need it!" As I turned back to walk out, he yelled, "Sir, you mean, you aren't gonna even..." and before he could finish his sentence, I yelled out again, louder, and slower, "That's OK, I do not need it!" I looked back to make sure I did not perhaps forget and item, but when I did, he was still standing behind my empty cart as though he was waiting for me to return. By this point, the checker had stepped back out of her lane and was looking in my direction. There was no customer behind me during checkout and I did not see another person approaching to checkout. The checker and the courtesy clerk were discussing the courtesy clerk's break and he said something to the effect of "I'll take my break after this customer." Since I did not leave any items, it is clear that the courtesy clerk wanted me to return the lane in order to take the cart somewhere else. Assuming he wanted me to take the cart outside with me, since I was halfway out the store, I would have had to stop and return to where he was, put my bag and beverages back in the cart and then retrace my steps on the way outside. As a courtesy clerk, who I assume is paid to move carts around, he could have easily push the cart to whatever place in the store made him happy. Because it was a slow night, it heightens my concern. The time he spent calling out to me twice and standing there waiting for my reaction, he could have pushed the cart where he wanted. This employee needs training in customer service and simple courtesy. I would appreciate a response from the organization to know that they are addressing this issue. As I said, this store has met my expectations of it in the past and I have higher expectations of it than other stores. This incident fell way below my expectations.

It's a fine grocery store, but all the breads and bagels being out in the open, either completely unprotected or in open bags is a little gross. They're at kid's height, so whether it's grubby little hands touching it, or people not covering coughs and sneezes, they're just out there fully exposed. It's kind of gross to not have the bags sealed or at least behind closed doors of some sort.

Deli workers under trained, incompetent or both? They don't work as a team. They don't communicate with each other. They don't plan. They have no leadership. They don't know anything about what they prepare and serve. If you are having a fried chicken sale, you should know that a lot of people want to buy it. That means have more workers frying chicken. That means having more workers handling customers to prevent a bottleneck. None of this happened and that is why this store will never be the top end grocery store that it supposed to be. Can't you even teach them what the four pieces of chicken look like?

The bakery did an amazing job on our son's birthday cupcake-cake. And the deli made really tasty and filling sandwich trays. Highly recommend!
