Rude and couldn't care less about customers. I brought in a car to have a battery replaced, and they said it would be 90 minutes. So I wandered around the neighborhood waiting. They called 2 hours later and said "we just checked and we won't be able to order a battery until tomorrow." I said "why didn't you simply tell me that 2 hours ago when I brought the car in?" They blamed it on me since I didn't say the word "hybrid" after "Toyota Camry". The car was parked outside their plate glass window about 15 feet away.

Awful customer service. I made an appointment at 1 pm online to have my oil and coolant levels checked ($40 charge for checking levels only). I got there at 12:45. I waited for 45 minutes then asked how long it would take and they said even though I made an appointment on line the technician had lunch from 1-2 so I would have to wait until 2 to be seen. So ridiculous.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Came in for a brand new battery and after further researching and talking to other mechanics I realized that I was overcharged for a battery that's not even as expensive as what they charged me for. I do recognize that I should've looked into it before hand but in all honestly I was ripped off!! When I asked them why they're charging me so high when it was just a simple battery swap they said they did extra cleaning in the engine and around the battery which is total bogus because when I went to look at it all looked dirty and as it did before. I believe me being a woman had to do with the fact that they thought they could rip me off which unfortunately they did but never again! Also I went somewhere else to inquire pricing for the same procedure and product and ended up with the outcome if $120 and here they had charged me over $300. RIDICULOUS!!! Never again!!

Hello PEP BOYS on Sepulveda in Culver City my husband took my KIA SOUL in for repair for electrical issues, All Brake Lights out, Trunk would not open with Key Pod. They gave my husband such a good price. My husband took it in first thing in the morning. One to Two hours later everything was done and he was on his way. I was very, very happy. Never have had any problems with doing repair work on none our cars when we use PEP BOYS. A Very Happy Customer.

Amazing amazing experience here today with Jordan. Came here to get a new battery as my car kept dying. They did tests and gave me the options on battery type based on my car. They were incredibly communicative, explained everything to me in detail and never once did I feel like I was being misled. I felt respected, heard and taken care of from the first step in there. Extremely pleased with Jordan’s professionalism and commitment to customer service. Thank you! I will definitely be back ??

Had such a seamless customer experience. Very Fair pricing... Got 4 new tires installed and aligned and a gas line flush. For half the price quoted at my dealership.Didn't feel like I was getting fleeced, so didn't feel the need to shop around any further. Cindy was super helpful and patient with my questions. Juan made sure he always knew the status of the work being done, in addition to getting the alerts on my phone and reports to my email.Looks like I found my new neighborhood mechanics.First time there and not the last!
